Erb & good was absolutely amazing with everything. This was my first funeral I’ve ever had to really had to go through. They were amazing! They helped on with things on who to call what I needed to do. From the moment I called saying my mom passed to the very end it felt like they cared. they understood my situation and tried to help me as much as they could. They also made it less stressful. They helped me with every single step. I’m forever thankful for Rob and his team. If I could give more stars if I would. The service was beautiful I couldn’t have imagined it any better. They are absolutely incredible at what they do. 1000% recommend.

One of the best experiences I have had in dealing with arrangements from the beginning until the end. Paula was very thorough, informative, and accommodating and both professional and personal. Arrangements were handled with dignity, and Paula stopped to ask about supports that were in place. She additionally provided a sense of comfort that is unmatched with every one of my prior experiences with end of life arrangements. I cannot say enough good about my experience with her.Furthermore, I felt the services were extremely low barrier. They provided free cremation after a pregnancy loss, something that was so vital for the grieving process for someone who is low income and could not afford these services elsewhere.I truthfully feel that dignity, compassion, and understanding underly every step of the process with this team. There is no one I would trust more with a loved ones funeral arrangements.

Finally had some time to reflect on Mom's passing in August '22. Her arrangements were all pre-arranged. Just wanted to pass along how personal and professionally the staff at Erb & Good guided me through all steps and processes of our loss. From the handling of all the contacting of government, stopping assistance payments and tax issue etc. All first class. Thank You

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Erb and Good. In our darkest hours, they went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything clearly. From the first point of contact when we called for general information right through to the funeral today, they made sure the process was never to overwhelming. They have been extremly kind, and warm. Never pushing their own agenda or pressuring us to make decisions we weren't ready for. In the most difficult of situations they made everything feel easy. Thank you to Rob, Dean, Phil, and everyone at Erb and Good. We couldn't have gotten through these past few days without all of your support.

I can not say enough good things about this Funeral home. They are full of compassion and understanding and helped us through the most difficult loss we have faced in some time. They respected our wishes went out of their way to help, listened to all our stories and made us feel surrounded by comfort and respect.

I am writing this review on behalf of my whole family. All I can say is that the level of professionalism, compassion and courtesy that Rob, John and the whole team had at Erb & Good was astounding. Funerals are sad events and things can be difficult at varying degrees for families, but all I can say is that my family felt comfortable during this unprecedented time, we felt supportive, and the whole process from beginning to end was smooth because of Rob and his team.There isn’t enough kind words to say about Erb & Good. I would highly recommend them for your family during a tough time.

When my father passed this year, I had my first experience with a funeral home. The folks at Erb & Good were there for me and my family through the entire time, from cremation to interment. At every step they supported me by helping with the necessary decisions, managing the paperwork and organizing the parties involved along the way. I can't speak highly enough about the kind and thoughtful service they provided. In the end, I purchased one of their funeral packages so that my family will have the same great service when my time comes.
