So clearly.. I'm a man, just visited with my wife. She was helped after getting 2 items in hand and given a changeroom.. she had 2 shirts... one she tried on and mistakenly picked the wrong size.. the second she thought another colour would look nice.. the Sales associate said she'd look for the size saying they computer said there was one in stock. I myself went looking for the color change of the other item.. ALL said and good..
NOW.... while I waited there was about 4 workers at the cashier all talking like they were in the club.. about Orgy's etc... *completely professional ?*
The sales person came back while my wife was still behind the curtain, now only waiting for the size change.. The Sales rep asked another where the size might be.. she was told on the mannequin at the front and she was ALLOWED to take it off.. she then said " on a different subject she needed help with the ladder in the back " THEY BOTH went to the back for about 3 or 4 minutes.. then she came back and took the shirt off the mannequin.. all while my wife waited.. I was in the middle of telling my wife whaf happened and we should just leave so she wouldn't get the commission , but got interrupted by her when she came back and said sorry for the wait shebhad to take it off thr mannequin!!!
I just looked at her... looked at my wife. I said I gotta leave.... when i told my wife ... she said.. she's so use to thst horrible level of customer service.. and said she actually had to leave the dressing room a few times.. with the wrong size on .. go out onto the floor to get the right one herself because of the lack of help .
I'm sorry but as a man watching and waiting for his wife , to watch the level of unprofessionallism, horrible time management and disregard for customers time.
.. I see now what all my sister's and women in my family talk about.. this place gets a D- for customer service.
Side note.. she did buy the shirt and regularly buys clothing from dynamite ...she's more inclined to buy online anymore ....
The experience just waiting for someone made me leave the store... can't imagine what women feel like dealing with this all the time!!!

There needs to be more discussion on the importance of customer integrity and safety. I was directed into a change room by an employee and the change room had a curtain door with no knob to attach to the curtain to in order to hold it closed. This led to me changing while the certain was blowing open, and a man was standing outside of the change room with the ability to look directly into my change my room. This isn’t acceptable !

Absolutely the worst online customer assistance. I bought few dresses and I was hoping to figure out some issues with one of the dresses. Called the customer service number multiple times in a day. Why you ask? Each time I call, I was put on hold for around half hour. After half hour either they hang up or someone answers but does not say anything. And then they hang up. They need to figure the issues causing this. Unsure of why a company who is doing good with their revenue/sales will have a trashy customer service like this. Limited control over the people they hire in stores is somewhat understandable , but should at-least have better control over online assistance. Companies with zero value in customer service says a lot about their ethics. I won’t be returning back to Dynamite.

Terrible customer service! There is a new person with short hair that doesn't show any customer service, doesn't welcome or make an eye contact. Another person not sure if she is the manager or something makes you wait in line for minutes and the call someone else to help you. Terrible, dry and unprofessional people! I really can't tell if they are lacking training or if they are racist? I've been a customer for this location for more than 8 years and Natasha is the best person who works there!

Worst customer service ever. Wanted to exchange a product but one of the employee with short hair was extremely rude and making faces while assisting. Totally working in the wrong industry if she cannot handle customers nicely. Wish such an amazing brand had some good staff ??

The worst location, their customer service is very bad and they seem that someone forced them to work there. They don't treat people equally and try to ignore customers that they do not like.

Such a great, put together location! The staff are super helpful, kind, and make you feel super comfortable shopping there! Because we all know how it feels to shop in a judgy environment. This is not that at all!

The girls here are so so helpful if you know what you're looking for! I went in today and was in a rush, so Natasha helped me navigate the store and find what I needed quickly. She understood what I wanted and knew exactly what to recommend. I will be back, as always! ☺️

I visited this location yeasterday and girl name Natasha was extremely helpful . I was looking for one dress in my size but this location didn't have it in stoke she whent over bord and call location in Burlington near where I leave ask them to put dress on hold for me . Very happy with her service .

Bonnie and Natasha were amazing! Had to come in today to get a whole new work wardrobe as I’m starting a new office job and they helped me find some super cute pieces. Super sweet and helpful ladies :)

Thought I finally came across decent costumer service in dynamite but I was indeed disappointed again. “The manger her self” was unprofessional. She put pants on hold for me and I asked if we could do a day longer and she said yes and then I call and she says it was only until Saturday and they are gone. I specifically asked for Sunday closing time and she confirmed it in person but on the phone “unfortunately they’ve been sent out” this is not the first time I’ve had HORRIBLE service from dynamite employees and I will no longer support them because of how poorly they treat their costumers. I was also told the item I tried on was supposed to be “garbaged” but I can get an extra 10% off. They had a hole in them, pen marks and black marks all over and all I was offered was %10. Coming from someone that has been a manger before they need to do better and hire professional employees.
