I absolutely love their products but I went in today to buy something and the girl seemed to judge me a lot saying “I don’t wear fur” definitely not the way to represent a brand. But I do love their clothes, everything is such good quality.

I had an amazing experience in the store today, Karla went above and beyond and showed me a bunch of jackets that matched the style I was looking for and was very kind. Also speaks Spanish!! I will definitely be coming back

I strongly advise against purchasing from this store. The products are overpriced and the company does not stand behind their products.
The bag we purchased had a minor defect. Instead of addressing the issue promptly, the company delayed resolution for months and ultimately contacted us in a disrespectful manner. In light of this unsatisfactory experience, we will be returning the bag as a symbolic gesture of our disappointment.
Stay away, for your mental health!

I bought a wallet and a jacket from Danier within the past 2 months upon moving to Waterloo. Both occasions I dealt with Vera the Manager at the store and she was fantastic! I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

I picked up a wool jacket from the store and the lady who helped me her name was Vera she was super nice and friendly. I really appreciate her customer service she was not pushy at all, I will definitely come back to the store.
