I bought a wallet and a jacket from Danier within the past 2 months upon moving to Waterloo. Both occasions I dealt with Vera the Manager at the store and she was fantastic! I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

I ordered from Danier online and it took them 4 days to tell me they had a problem and have no stock. That was on May 17 and also told me they would issue me a refund. Still haven’t received my refund 6 days later. An absolute joke, I’ll never buy from Danier again. They don’t deserve 1 star

I had a very positive experience shopping at this location. I’m bit late with the review but it’s important that I share my experience. I bought a charcoal coloured winter coat and the sleeves were long. The staff saw that when I tried it and she suggested to have the sleeve lengths altered at a nearby tailors. She even provided me with the tailor shop contact details. Since I will have to incur extra cost for the alterations, she proactively looked at the online price of the item I was purchasing and found it was on sale. She hard honoured the sale price in-store which helped me to save some money. I really liked the coat and since it was on sale I wanted to buy the black colour too. However, the item wasn’t available in-store and my size was sold out online too. The staff had kept my contact information & said she would get back to me if the size is available again. After a month I had received a call from her and she said, someone returned the black coat I was looking for & if I would be still interested. I was very surprised as I never had this sort of experience before so I went the next day to make the purchase. I would like to thank the Staff Caroline for going above & beyond to provide remarkable customer service. This store is very lucky to have someone like her working there. She’s a very professional person and takes time to understand customer needs. For any future Danier purchase I would always return at this location because of her outstanding service.
