We had an issue with the mattress and it was within the warranty period mentioned to us by the seller when purchased. We went to the store and the person couldn't help us as they stated they did not know, and told us to send D and S mattress message with pictures. On sending detailed message about the mattress with pictures there was no response. Very poor and disappointing customer service. Also mattress does not last very long...I had issues within a year of purchasing it.

We went there with a mattress issue which was in warranty period. They told us they would respond to us and all they did was ignore our requests with no explanation. Horrible customer service. There are better mattress providers in the area, take your business there. Don't waste your time here.
