Terrible customer service. There policy is no returns, no exchange, no in store credit. I was not aware of this when I bought a pair of slacks nor was I told by the employee. They did not even try to talk to me or work something out. Extremely rude. The quality of the clothing is very cheap. I just left the slacks there and walked out. I would never recommend this shop to anyone ever!

We just came down for an item for a wedding dress next week. Store closed ten minutes before posted time and refused to let us in despite asking how to help us.

Been a long time since I was this embarrassed and hurt. Fat shaming at its worst today. No idea what was going on, who I was buying for, just walked up bold as brass telling me it fit a certain way, etc. Put everything back and left. They were not worth my tears. Was in a mood to spend, so I went elsewhere, as I will from now on. Cathy Goudie Guelph

Horrible experience! Went to go into the store to purchase something. I have a service dog, an ESA, and I was told I could not enter the store. Lady looked me up and down and said my dog was not a service dog. I told her I had the paperwork with me, she told me no and not to come in! I will NEVER go there again!
