“I had a very pleaseant experince at this store. The items that I was looking for were not on display and one of the associates (Pushpa) patiently helped me locate them (which were in a drawer); and then when we relaized that they did not carry my desired size and color at the store, she helped me order them online with no extra charge. I felt that the staff were very much invested in providing a high level of customer care during a busy season/time. I was also very happy with that quality of the products and their prices.”

“In my opinion, this is one of the better H&M locations in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. It's spacious, bright, and usually kept fairly tidy compared to most large clothing stores. The quality of clothing available is extremely low, and often feels disposable, but if you're seeking something cheap to wear once or twice you'll certainly find it here.”
“This is the only clothing store I shop at Conestoga Mall. I love coming here either before or after seeing a Movie at the Galaxy Cinema ! You get up to 50 - 60 % off on weekly deals. I come here every two weeks to check out the deals ! The staff is good and amazing.”
