I went to enquire about the Triangle Card and had the worst experience. There was one old at the customer service counter who was very rude. Her tone was rude, Not answering my questions, giving rude and weird looks. I wanted to know more details but she was just not ready to tell me anything. I really felt very unwelcomed. It just seemed like she did not want to help me an thats exactly what she did. She said there is some problem with my driving licence address and Canada post address so she cannot help me, However there was no difference in a address.
If you do not know how to adress customers or are least interested to help customers then please don't work in customer service.

I've never had a bad or even mediocre experience at any Canadian Tire, from Cambridge to Sudbury, in over 4 years, until now. I must have asked too many questions or didn't pose them correctly. Fortunately, Taylor got me settled before leaving empty handed. I'll use Kitchener from here on out.

I am a dentist and a gentleman. I almost never give somebody a low valuation . But now, I am so disappointed for this experience here. I had booked an appointment with dentals, but they fixed my car with the most expensive one. They provided an explanation that they have no the style I asked while the ones I asked are on the shelf(I took the picture). After they seeing this, they told me that they just chose the most suitable ones.
OK! You win.
After reviewing the customer service post, I don’t know how to respond the customer service, so I just add it here. If you truly want to solve problems for customers, please do not just copy-paste the issue. Do something!
