Last Friday, I went in to make a purchase. While I was browsing, I saw a Funko Pop case that was listed for $9.99. So I decided to purchase it. When I got to my car to leave, I noticed they charged me the wrong price. So I went back into the store to complain that I was over charged. The cashier at first could not give me a reason why it was sold for more other than that is what the POS system rang in the item as. Once the cashier walked over to the display, he showed us that the item was on sale and it had ended on the Thursday. I tried to argue that they need to sell the item for the displayed price and not for a different price. When we tried to talk to the manager, he refused to talk to me. He was extremely rude and kept telling us that it was past the sale and nothing could be done. Then he just left and refused to talk to me anymore. I would never recommend this store to anyone ever. The manager has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Rude staff. Was trying to see if I get can get a specific monitor order and the staff said they can get it and later found out that they didnt have any in stock. And they check the warehouse and said theres none there. I asked if the warehouse can potentially get some in stock so I can give Canada Computer my $500. The staff response was beyond rude. “If they dont have it we cant order it” and most places can make requests. Its just how he said along with his attitude and body gestures. Too be brutally honest that guy seem like he was having a bad day. And he was about to lash out on me. Also there was a bug with the 13 and 14th gen cpu and they wouldnt even tell me all i had to do was flash the BIOs. Thanks to the other location. This place will only want your money even though i spent 1k on a pc. They dont want to help you at all. Just your money. Ill go to other Canada Computers that actually care about their customers. I went into the shop to buy a pack of case fans and saw a sign on the counter that said mouse pads were $2.99. Figured why not, so I grabbed one. When I checked my receipt on the way out, I noticed they charged me $4.99 instead.
I went back to the cashier to ask about it, and he just flipped the sign around to show $4.99 and said, "Oh, it's $4.99," like it wasn’t a big deal. No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing. I had another appointment and didn’t have time to stand there arguing, but the whole thing was frustrating.
Now, before anyone says, "It’s just $2"—yeah, it’s only $2. But the shop made the mistake, and they should’ve honored the price. It’s not about the money, it’s about the fact that they didn’t care to fix their own error.
If they can’t even be bothered to correct a simple pricing mistake, I’d be wary of trusting them with bigger purchases.

Service technician Dominic (hope that's spelt right) worked hard on getting my pc figured out. I can't express how much I appreciate his dedication to this and his customer service is just amazing.
