I have been going to this pharmacy since 2018, and I have no idea how I'll go to another one after this.Practically every staff member here is the nicest, most patient, and friendliest that you could ever possibly interact with at a pharmacy.Honestly, I'm sure they're probably fed up with me at this point, but no matter how busy they are, they always make the time to properly explain all my medications, answer any questions, and confirm that I understand how to proceed.I feel very taken care of, and I don't think people really acknowledge the role pharmacists play in our healthcare system. The diagnosis might be from the doctor, but the treatments are often the responsibility of the pharmacist. If you can't trust your pharmacist, you're going to face a lot of issues.I really admire the way this pharmacy is run, the way they interact with patients, and the dedication they have to patient care.∞/5

Amazing staff that are clinically accurate and kind. And considering the size of the pharmacy, they have almost all the everyday meds you might need. I just hope they keep things up at the current near-perfect quality because they practically have zero competitors near the UW / ICON area.

I switched from shoppers who would take weeks to fill in my prescription but here I only need to call and they'll have it ready day of. The staff are also super sweet, Debbie is the real MVP I love her.

The customer service is really good at this pharmacy, especially if you have difficult or complicated prescription needs. They are super close to campus and give flu shots too!
