I didn’t get the names of the associates today but they were incredibly helpful. The woman was very welcoming when I came in and, after I found heels I liked, the guy helped me figure out the right size and also explore some booties since it was buy 1 get 1 40% off. He was very patient and helped me talk through my indecisiveness. This was particularly refreshing since I don’t feel comfortable with a lot of customer service nowadays as I just don’t know what to expect… and I actually had a kind of rude encounter at a different store earlier. Anyhow, thanks for being kind - I was so happy to walk out with a cute pair of heels and booties for a decent price !

I have been to this sotrw at other locations but this store in conestoga mall is the worst.
The helper is a racist lady. She wasn't good in behavior. It is ok if you are not having a good day take leave. But dnt spread negativity in the world. It is because if people like you, this world is sinking.
First she asked me to sign up, and said you will get 15% off. Then she tried to sell an additional cleaner which I didn't require. As I said no I dnt need it, she pressed the button on bill and asked me to tap.
I asked her if she applied 15% she was talking about. She rudely said it's for your next order. I checked online afterwards and it was on the first purchase after you sign up.! I am disappointed. If you guys dnt won't to work, dnt get a customer service job, it is not for you simply.

Love this store!! I’m greeted right away as soon as i enter, love the selection and especially love the staff and how sweet the girls are there. Everyone is super helpful in getting sizes and recommending styles.

The sales person there are very rude and are not qualified salespersons. I was there to pickup the order 8th February morning, the salesperson handed me broken box, i simply asked for a new box, but she refused very rude. And also they are severely under staffed. As a customer it was very hurtful for me.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Their return policy is a scam. They told me they cannot take back my obviously unworn purchase because there's a scratch on the sole and blames me for buying it that way.The lady salesperson told me she understands but 'she's not gonna get fired over my shoe.' I think she should say that out loud every time she sells a shoe. That's when it's helpful to hear.I should also mention they started making faces when they saw the receipt not when they saw the shoe. Started by telling me they don't take it back after 30 days, although the return policy says 60 days and the salesman later denied saying that.

I had an awful experience with this store. I purchased a pair of shoes on May 12th as a gift for someone, but unfortunately, it didn't fit, and I received the gift receipt. Due to my busy schedule, I couldn't return the shoes immediately, so it took me two weeks to get back to the store. Upon returning them, I was told they didn't have the same shoes in stock and promised to send them to my address within 2-3 days. However, it took a whole month to receive any updates, and I never got the shoes back. The worst part was their lack of responsiveness to my calls during this period. Eventually, after a month of chasing them, I managed to get my money back. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I decided to try again and went to purchase shoes for my mom. Unfortunately, the sizing issue arose again. According to their receipt, I had 60 days to return the shoes, but when I visited the store just one week later on June 31, they didn't have the right size available. The store staff showed us the shoes in a different color, which fit my mom perfectly. However, when we tried to exchange the shoes for the new color, the staff refused, stating that it was a final sale and I couldn't change it. This contradicted the receipt's return policy. To make matters worse, I noticed that on August 1st, they were still selling the same shoes on their website for $24.99, which made me question their honesty. Their customer service was terrible, and the staff treated me disrespectfully during my visits to the store. They need to improve their customer service and staff training, as it was a terrible experience being treated so poorly when inside their store. I'm not alone in my dissatisfaction; other reviewers have also expressed similar complaints about their experiences. I hope they take these issues seriously and make necessary changes to provide better service to their customers.

I bought a Sandals from there couples of weeks ago and I just wore it afew times and now it starts to fall apart. I believe it is a low quality compared to 70$ price. And when I called them they said we have nothing to do.

Just one word, PATHETIC!!!The attitude of the staff is even worse than the quality of their footwear. Returning an unworn item is a nightmare....they are not accepting a return stating that it's worn outside even if it's not. And there is no way for me to prove that. The staff is so rude, they make you wait until the whole store is empty simply to say that they won't take it back. And don't get me started on the quality of the footwear....they got damaged as soon as I took a few steps!! I didnt even get a chance to wear them outside. And seems like they don't even care. Now I see so many reviews pointing towards the same issue and I don't think any action has been taken to resolve these problems. The least they can do is to accept the returns!! There is no doubt that I am never going back and I am surely not letting any of my friends wasting their time and money on this brand. First time and never returning customer!!!!

Worst possible store. While buying they say that return is possible within 60 days but when you go to return, you are treating badly. First they ask me to wait for all the customers those are buying the products even if they are behind me in the queue. After that they simply reject the return citing that it has been used outside even though these are not worn. Worst possible store. Never going in again.

Stopped by here today to get some new shoes for work and the girl working was a rockstar! There was quite a few customers in the store and she was helping them all super efficiently and still being really pleasant. Great experience :)
