I purchased a crocs from these guys a month ago and it’s already damaged. I come to store to show that it is a defective piece and the lady ( Asha) who I spoke to refused to help me at all saying it can only be replaced within 14 days. I have the bill with me and she is the supervisor on duty but she said that she has to call a manager for this and the manager has just left for the day. Very poor customer service. Please don’t shop here.

Not sure what type of clientele they are trying to attract but the first song I hear upon entering is a Diddy song which is bad enough but not only that, it also says his name 3 times throughout the song.So I left business's need to do better than this.

I like the boathouse's brand names and styles.The staff here are very friendly and helpful.They seem to know there products and styles.The store is kept clean and pricing is easily located on the products.

Went at 5pm on Thursday Dec 15. Terrible service. No employees around the store, everyone behind the counter was standing around avoiding eye contact with me. After waiting 20 long minutes, the employees were rude and frankly unhelpful. Many people were in line behind me and neither of the other two employees offered to help the others even though they weren't doing anything. Will be going to a different location from now on.

Worst customer service. Visited Tuesday, Oct 10th @ 8PM.Associates standing around. The female was asked to bring a size and she took forever, only to bring the wrong shoes. Nobody in the store. I was here a few days before and the same female took forever getting my size that I left the store.Not sure who the manager here is, but I'm sure there's a lot of sales lost due to employee incompetence.

Waited over 10 minutes in line with 4 employees and one register. Another employee opened a second register after 15 minutes and started letting random customers check out while ignoring the people already waiting in the other line. I asked why she was helping other people in line well after me, I got no apology and a patronizing “well you can go to the other line then”. I was not rude, I was simply asking a question.When I left my merchandise on the counter and walked out due to frustration from being ignored, I get another sarcastic “have a great day!” from the same employee as I was leaving.I understand the pressure when it’s very busy, but what I got was rude and pathetic service. Train your staff properly.

My wife made an online order for our Grandson for Christmas, the website gave my wife the option to have the package delivered to the store so that’s what she did . When she called the store to see if the package had arrived the young man on the other end was VERY RUDE to her, wouldn’t let her talk and preceded to say they aren’t having in store deliveries, she asked him where she could find the pkg he said take it up with Canada post which she did, Canada post informed her that the pkgs were delivered to a mail room at the mall, so she called Boathouse to if the he could check the mail room, he again was unbelievably rude and said they don’t have a mail room and said don’t call the store again! He clearly doesn’t have any customer service skills, She won’t be buying anything from this store again, it’s sad howOne person can ruin your shopping experience.And this person calls himself the manager???No social skills what so ever, I think it’s time for this store to find themselves another manager!

Omg perfect service in and out. One of the young girls been there for 3 years was so friendly and helped me right away even notice a scratch and change the boots for me. Cashier was very kind and smiling. Love it
