This is the only clothing store I shop at Conestoga Mall. I love coming here either before or after seeing a Movie at the Galaxy Cinema ! You get up to 50 - 60 % off on weekly deals. I come here every two weeks to check out the deals ! The staff is good and amazing.

There is a middle aged white lady who was working the cash counter here today that needs to be fired, thinks she's a very good sales woman but she is extremely sarcastic, rude and unprofessional. She makes sarcastic and snide comments when you are being nothing but polite to her and the rest of the store staff is just hanging here and there and giggling at her rude comments, since nobody is really doing any work of their own. Extremely pathetic service at this particular store.

No mirrors in the change rooms with a male staff member right outside watching all the girls trying things on? I just left without buying anything. Plus the quality of clothing is like tissue paper.

Rarely do I come online to leave any type of review, unless the service with staff is exceptional. I’ve been to the Waterloo location at Conestoga Mall twice now. The first time the store rep was simply amazing. She was bubbly and talkative and so positive - now fast forward a few weeks and I am shopping in the store and I hear “ohhh Care Bear!” (Previously purchased CB items there). I turn around to see the same amazing sales associate saying hi! After a quick chat, I asked her name so that I could come here and leave her a review. Her name is Real - and definitely the reason why I will come back to shop at this location. she is a true credit to your store and seems like such a positive human being!!!

A few days ago I went in to look for a new hoodie and a worker named Eva helped me find the hoodie and cash me out. She was very kind and generous and I will be returning again.

The employees here are honestly super weird, rude and unprofessional. They behave like they’re doing us a favour when you ask them for help. Very unwelcoming vibes. If you don’t wanna help customers or don’t like your retail job, you should probably look to work somewhere else. The whole point of getting a retail job is to provide good customer service. ? There are a lot of other people who are dying to get a job. I also heard two employees bitching about customers and were like “omg that girl is still here, she still didn’t leave” I’ve been a regular customer of Bluenotes since two years, but after today’s experience I’m honestly shook!

Great deals! Jeans were 50% off. Wonderful customer service. Jackie was super helpful in finding us the correct fit for my son (most pants are men’s sizes). She was about to go on a break but stayed with us until we found a pair that fit. Then when she left, Armand continued to help us find several other pair in the same sizes. Thank you so much for your help today!

Worst, worst customer service and manage him self is super rude. Don’t even know how to talk to customer. I myself work as customer service executive and I must say blue notes if you are reading this you must give a thought. Because I understand your policies you can’t do it but there should be a way to talk to customer, didn’t event greet, do not even wanted to listen to my concern and said can’t do anything about it. Worst customer service. Please visit another blue notes store. This one is a big NOOO.

It's a pretty stupid clothing store honestly. I remember going here a few years ago. I had picked out a woman's indoor pants that actually fit me really good. Some lady in her late-30s was working there, and when I asked for her opinion (as I'm a guy), she murmured something like "I don't care, wear whatever you want" (these aren't her exact words, but basically that's what she meant). Dunno if she still works here, but that lady should've been fired from the get-go.
Also don't get me wrong, but their rather tasteless clothing attracts equally tasteless people in their store. Yeah, I said it, bite me.

there is a girl who works there she is so rude. she told me to download the app to receive a extra 10% off and i was then she said can you hurry up though i have to pee. so just rude and disrespectful.
