Above and beyond service by staff and owner at this pharmacy. Aside from buying a hormone prescription, I've also received valuable information regarding where sciatica pain originates. A topical cream would treat inflammation. Thank you "Phil Hudson" for your expert explanation. Glad my doctor sent me here.

Thank you, Phil! Phil Hudson and his team helped me safely come off my medication. Phil compounded my tablets into liquid form which meant I was able to reduce the dose, and therefore the side effects, gradually and successfully. Phil took the time to talk with me about the best way to proceed, and I appreciated Phil’s care for my welfare and his professionalism throughout. Beechwood pharmacy is a wonderful example of the importance of having a local compounding pharmacy in the community. Thank you, again!

wonderful owner and usually wonderful staff so i would put five stars but called in about my prescription i was told would be ready wednesday to check up on and the guy i was talking to said hed see if he can find any because mine wasnt ready yet and i was put on hold for 45min then hung up on

Exceptional experience. The staff provided the highest quality of care. Thank you to the pharmacist who made us feel like we could take up as much of his time as we needed to understand how to properly administer meds. LGBTQ+ friendly and affirming.

Extremely knowledgeable pharmacist and friendly staff, but my prescription handling is often messed up to the point where it feels like passive aggressiveness. I'm going to try to find somewhere else to go, even as far as Guelph.
Edit: in my year+ of going there, it's the first time the vial isn't labeled. I'm not sure I should even use it.

They went above n beyond in accommodating my request of working on prescription which I forgot at home. It was 25 minutes drive one side, and after a long night at hospital, they couldn’t do better than helping me and asking for physical prescription on later date. Thanks Beechwood Team!

Extremely Knowledgeable pharmacist and staff willing to go the extra mile with the best interest of the patient in mind. I did not know how valuable it was to have a knowledgeable pharmacist as part of your medical team, until I worked with Phil.The team at Beachwood has helped flavour awful tasting medicines, rush compounding medicines needed before weekends, take care of re-dosing medications directly with our doctors. If you want a pharmacist who cares, is willing to listen to your concerns, actually put some thought into addressing those concerns and is supported by an amazing team, than beechwood is the place.

This is the first pharmacy I’ve been to that made it seem like my son’s health was important to them. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. This pharmacy is like no other. I don’t live near it so I was lucky enough to need a compound pharmacy to find this amazing place. I highly recommend getting your prescriptions here.

I’ve been here twice; I live on the other side of Waterloo but this is my go-to compounding pharmacy. I first went here when my child needed an oral steroid during a shortage and they were able to make it. I returned this week when my son had a tick bite and was prescribed doxycycline. They were so helpful, from calling another pharmacy i frequent to help get my insurance info when I didn’t have my insurance card, to the pharmacist coming up with a clever way to mask the bitterness of the antibiotic (chocolate mint … worked perfectly… my child said the antibiotic didn’t taste like anything!), I am just so impressed with this pharmacy and strongly recommend it.
