Kiddos and I love bailey's, online ordering was a breeze. Glad to see them managing to grow a bit in these wild times, will definitely miss their lovely staff and local selection now that we are moving out of town. Thanks the Rachael and team for keeping families fed and farmers in business right now.

I'll be one of the first to admit that I miss my 'real ' Baileys shopping experience, browsing the tables, yakking in line, seeing everyone's smiles, families shopping together, children dancing about....but that's not what these days are like. Many of us are trying to find new ways to shop that make us feel safer & that support our local growers & food/goods providers. so many new people are finding their way to Baileys for just these reasons...each pickup day since the beginning of our lockdown I've met new shoppers, and try to explain to them what it was like in the 'before times'.I'm just sorry that all the new members are not able to share that experience with us all.shopping at grocery stores now is a disheartening experience, and I'm so grateful for all the hard work and energy that Rachel, Maryrose, and everyone else who shares this passion for providing local foods put into providing this service to us.these are strange times, days are stressful, and we spend lots of time waiting patiently (well, most of us) in lines (did anyone see that LCBO line?!) because, really, what are you going to do? I know so much work goes into these market days, how hard it must be that, after a long day working together you can't even give each other a hug or a pat on the back, celebrating a job well done. thank you!

First off, the local products are wonderful so if you're willing to pay for delivery or they change their system up it could be worth going.Unfortunately, the system they have with time slots is absolutely terrible. I showed up on time and waited outside in line for over an hour. The manager (owner?) is polite to customers but was abrupt and rude to her staff. It could have been a bad day, but it was unprofessional.

the most righteous way to buy food for your family in Waterloo Region:* ensures farmers get a fair price for growing healthy food* encourages farmers to use healthy sustainable farm practices* builds relationship between the grower and the eater* we can walk to pick up our food* brings together an awesome swath of our community who share these values every food pickup :)
