Inquired about using them for their card grading services. The staff that I dealt with were incredibly friendly and very helpful. They answered all my questions and made the process as easy as possible.
They went above my expectations and I was back much sooner then expected for pick up. I will personally use them again in the future and I would recommend to others to give them a try.
Five stars all around. Nice size shop, good inventory, friendly staff and great service.

Great place to trading cards whether it be magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, digimon, pokemon. Nice events room for tournaments. Plenty of single cards available for purchase as well and accessories.

This place fosters a great community for Pokémon. I’ve taken my kids here a number of times and the staff are always welcoming, accommodating and happy to help out. In fact , all the staff are friendly and easy to talk to! My kids have enjoyed getting started in playing Pokémon TCG here at Atlas!
We have purchased in person and online with nothing but positive experiences.

Came here looking for a gift for my dad and was warmly welcomed and helped out by the friendly staff to find the right gift. Will was a huge help in particular and hooked me up with a super epic gift that I didn't even know existed! The store has a great atmosphere and a crazy big selection of all kinds of nerd stuff and collectibles (ie. MTG, Pokemon, Warhammer, D&D, Sports cards, etc.)! Highly recommend to anyone that's into this kind of stuff or is gift shopping for someone that is into this kind of stuff. Even if you're not sure what you're looking for, they are sure to help you find it!

I went to Atlas in search of specific single pokemon cards from the gym heroes/challenge sets. The staff were super helpful with helping me find the cards I was looking for, and gave them for fair prices. I also did trade-in for credit, and they have a great trade-in credit policy. Above all else, they were super patient as I asked for specific prices, had them check different card trade-in values, and fielded different questions about different card availabilities. It was great just chatting away while looking at different cards, and I will definitely be going back!

This store is pretty big with a large selection of products. Their prices are reasonable. The staff are always kind and helpful. They host a decent amount of events and the locals are welcoming. If you are in Waterloo I suggest checking them out!
