Went here recently for the first time and the sales associate, Halinka, was phenomenal! So friendly, and super knowledgeable on trends and fashion. She helped me find several pairs of shoes for different occasions. Will definitely be back to see her again in the future!!

What an unpleasant experience here. When I asked to try on a pair of boots they first informed me how much they were. I suppose they felt that I didn’t look like I could afford to shop in their store. What a pretentious bunch. Her and her daughter were screaming at me as I left. I had a positive experience at this business, one of my pairs of shoes where causing me issues. Since I hadn't worn them outside and brought them back for exchange within the time allotted, I was able to exchange them for the correct size. Thank you Mary for your friendly customer service.

Store owner is pretty rude. It wasn't a very pleasant interaction and am not inclined to return, especially since poor customer service and lack of decency seems to be a reoccurring issue based on the other reviews.

I hate it when I hate big corporates for acting like individuals don't matter, so I go to a small business, and then the small business happens to be owned by someone lacking politeness, etiquette, and courtesy.
Ma'am, I believe the whole idea of my mother wearing her (quite expensive) Adidas sneakers on her grocery trip and not her Chanel's is the definition of class. So I guess at least do a better job at being condescending?

No respect for customers. Was visiting
Waterloo for the day. Showed up 15-20 mins before closing knowing I wanted a pair of Ammann shoes. So would have been a quick and easy and profitable sale and they already had the door locked. Customers were inside shopping. We knocked and they simply ignored us. So much for trying to support local business. Good to know I can just get them at Sporting Life in Toronto.

Alexandria's never disappoints. The selection of shoes and the service is wonderful. I came out with only one pair yesterday, but there were 5 pairs I wanted!!
