Terrible customer service from store clerk. Refused a pair of boots return because it was purchased from another store. Clearly the concept of chain was not clear to her. I’ll never do business with Aldo again.

I think her name was DANA(not too sure, if heard the cashier right) and she was really helpful with getting the correct shoe sizes. Despite the rush hour, she was really calm and composed.
