Unbelievable rude behavior. This one particular guy medium tall, with beard and mustache, wears a turban really doesn't know how to speak to customers. Makes a false allegation that a person with me was using my id proof to buy a product where we both showed a separate id which can be verified through cctv. My friend just asked if they sells cigarettes here and told the cashier he will be back in a sec because the payment card was with me. This guy refused to sell the cigarettes while making an allegation that he got outside and bring someone else's ID. Everything can be verified through cctv where both of us showed our seperate id's to clear the confusion. Still this guy rudely told us to get out of the store. The language he uses doesn't belong in any level of store services. This guy needs a doever with the manners or how to speak to customers. Never had such problem with any other store. 7 eleven if you value your storeget rid of guys like these.

If i could give zero stars i would. Worst customer service ever. Staff doesn’t know how to talk with the customers. Really absurd language while dealing with situations. Making false allegations and unwilling to sell the item. Never experienced such an employee at any convenience store. This one particular guy needs to go under training once more on how to talk to customers. 7 eleven, fix your employees.

I went in trying to use the Scotiabank ATM one night and the person working literally refused me to use the ATM as he just apparently mopped the floor and ranted to me claiming that he spent so much time that I would have to wait until the floor dries until I can use the ATM. They physically closed off access to the ATM instead of putting a wet floor sign. I am sure this is not standard practice as I am trying to use a service during business hours. Unprofessional and ignorant. Why is it my issue, as a customer, that he had to mop the floor as part of his job? Clearly this staff member is an unhappy and miserable individual who should really seek care. This is not fair to Scotiabank for adding their amenity in a space that was informally closed off access due to 7/11 staff’s lack of professionalism and frankly, ignorance.

I’m a regular customer at this 7/11.
Customer service is horrible nobody ever helps & my biggest issue would have to be how dirty the slurpee machines are. Half the time they don’t even work, and the other half of the time the flavours stay the same for nearly 8 months.

Worst 7 11 don't answer my calls or questions as well as ignoring me and walking away from phone I've now contacted human resources as they're very rude and unprofessional they are the staff working at 11 or 11:30 it's now 12:23 and they're still at the store

Very poor customer service experience at this Seven Eleven. There's an older woman who always seems to be suspicious of me, even though I've been a regular customer for a year and a half. Despite my attempts to be friendly, she never reciprocates. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. If you continue to treat customers rudely and disrespectfully, you will undoubtedly lose business. I used to frequent this store often, but I won't anymore due to these recurring issues. Judging by other reviews, I'm not the only one who's had this experience. Please show more respect to your customers; after all, they're the ones supporting your livelihood. It's your responsibility to adhere to company policies and provide a positive experience for customers. I would give zero stars if I could, but I'll reluctantly give one just to leave this review. Frankly, you don't even deserve that one star
