i worked at this walmart and was the worst experience i’ve ever had at any job. At first it was actually a nice place to be but the longer i worked there the more i understood how the management was abusing their power, There used to be a manger named Ronak until he switched to a burlington walmart. We had gotten into an argument at work because he was being very harsh to a co-worker of mine and i stepped in trying to stop it. He then said he was cutting me and that coworkers hours down(from 40+) down to literally zero hours for a biweekly check. The managment did almost nothing about it and claimed that we should get another job if we needed more hours.

The apples here last week were ROTTING in the display shelf. Cashiers are barely open and when they are, they have zero hustle. Items never in stock when you need them. Great Value brands never stocked. Completely disorganized store and obviously very poorly run. I’m not shopping here anymore. I’ve had enough.

Slow, slow, slow, slow, slow, slow… please, for the love of Sam Walton get appropriate and swift staff working the customer service counter! Standing in line for more than 22 mins at a ‘slow time’ is unbelievably ridiculous. Marla!.. The Market Manager! …Please help the store Manager schedule correctly! He is obviously in need of help… Thanks! :)

This is a great Walmart. I used to live closer yo the one on Fairview st. It's a dump. Go there and you'd be giving this Waterdown store a 5 out of 5. It has a great variety. There aren't skids sitting all over. The staff are nice. It's not all Walmart brand. It has name brands.
I think it's a great store.

There’s a lady named Sheron I think she’s some sort of manager. A couple days ago I asked her a basic question about where an item I’m looking for might be located and she gave me a mean look and answered my question with attitude. Shortly after that I was in an isle and overheard her being rude to a co-worker. I don’t know their name but I felt bad for them, nobody should have to deal with someone like that, it's disgusting and immature. I would not have someone like her under my employment.

The optical and glasses centre women were amazing to deal with and have excellent customer service and support. Get your glasses here! Very good prices

This store restocks refrigerated food that reached room temperature.. for who knows how long. I bought butter that was mouldy and lost its shape it sat out for so long. Walmart makes millions of dollars it makes more sense for you to eat the cost and not regular people who are struggling.

A monster of a store.
Grocery standards looked poor and availability was intermittent. Chilled product was better in terms of availability and presentation.
The non food categories were mostly well filled and presented.

Racist here!!! The cashier wouldn’t want to accept my moms status card and started laughing at her and then had to grab the manager and the manager doubled down saying they didn’t want to accept her status card and saying it wasn’t her on the status card and made a side comment about “confiscating” her card (which is illegal).

I attempted to return a dining table following online instructions, but faced poor service at the designated location. The manager kept me waiting and incorrectly claimed it was a third-party item, refusing the return despite confirmation from Walmart customer service that it was not. The return was ultimately denied due to the table's size. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.
I went to other location and returned my dining table easily.

Very bad manager and not responsible , I had a product to return and he refused it, called wallet costumer service, they said it should be accepted tried to talk with him he didn’t respond
Finally went to other Walmart store they accepted for refund.
I will never buy from Walmart again
