Excellent customer service every time I have been in this store. Today I went in looking for denatured ethanol, and although they didn't have any, they gave suggestions of where I might be able to find some. First place I went to that they suggested and I found better than what I was hoping for. Thanks a lot

Excellent experience from the front desk to the pickup location in back. Called ahead on phone and got specific confirmation about baseboard I needed before taking a 30 minute trip.

Amazing customer service from the moment I placed my order via phone to picking it up less than 30 minutes later. I needed a few materials quick for an emergency job at home and Turkstra was the only place that was able to fulfill my order on the same day.Placing the order was very straightforward. I called their number, spoke to a member of their staff, told them what I needed, and then told to come 15 to 30 minutes later to pick it up on the curbside. Staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining the order process and were quick to get the order ready. I will definitely have Turkstra Lumber in mind even after the pandemic is over.

Unbelievable service during lockdown. Was in a bind, and needed supplies asap. Used the website chat service and confirmed stock. Called store, placed order and was able to pick up in 10min. I was even able to add a few items in the parking lot. The staff are pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you everyone for the awesome service!

Quick, friendly, helpful. Great first time experience. Only draw back is no custom cuts or cuts at all.. Which I am discovering is pretty consistent with most lumber yards visited lately.

Very friendly and fast service but unfortunately get 2 stars as they're gouging ppl...I get pricing is going up and has in a lot of places already but a 2x4x8 at lowes is $4.85 and turkstra is charging $7.60!!! 56% more!! Not worth it just for the good staff unfortunately.
