My family and I have been going to this location for our sweets and a taste of home for our Mom since we were children. So we were delighted when we found out that the Little Brit Shop was coming in.
The owner is delightful, and is filling a much-needed market in Waterdown. Not only are our favourite things still there, but we look forward to what kind of variety the new shop brings.

This is a great wee shop in Waterdown, Ontario! All things from U.K., Ireland, Scotland. Foods! Fresh baked, frozen meats, cheeses, canned and dry goods all from Across the Pond! Plus a bunch of cute things for kitchen and decor.
The new owner, Manny, is super friendly and was a pleasure to meet. Don't miss this shop in your walk though Waterdown!

Very overpriced products that looks like they have been on the shelves for ages. Most of the item DO NOT have prices on them?! This is annoying. A customer should not have to ask the price of 80% of the items in the store. The price should be visible to the customer and not put the customer in the uncomfortable situation of asking for 10 or more prices of simple items. If you have 12-15 bags of crisp and they are all differently priced, I know it’s.a hassle to price them individually to make it easier for the customer but it seems you do not care about positive customer experiences. It’s too exhausting to stand in front of 15 bags of crisp and have you ramble off the prices of each when they SHOULD HAVED BEEN PRICED. The frustration with this causes customers to walk away and get annoyed. The rare items that were priced were very overpriced. I have been to two different British stores, one of them is in Oakville on lakeshore Road and the prices are lower. I do not believe that other customers would praise your overpriced items. If I ever decide to come to your store again, I will be sure to get clear, quality pictures for accuracy to other customers. There was basically no fresh food to purchase in the front store case. If you only receive fresh food, twice a week, may I suggest you put a sign up to avoid my misconception? If I knew that, I would have not added it in my review. Again, poor communication to customers! This place has gone downhill since the change in ownership. I do not recommend to waste your time here, go to the Oakville Location, the prices are all marked and the service is much friendlier.

This delightful gem is a true slice of Britain nestled in the heart of the city. It's wonderfully tidy, with every detail exuding British charm. The selection of sweet and savoury items is superb. You'll also find an array of unique and stunning British-themed souvenirs and decorations, each bright and colourful. The ladies working there are not only pleasant conversationalists but also highly knowledgeable and well-versed in their products. Thank you ever so much for all your help!

Great selection of British products. Meat pies are particularly good as are the square sausages.
