Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me match an obscure paint colour that another store had a hard time matching. I told them about why I needed the paint (patching a hole in the drywall) and they went the extra mile to make sure I was safe and that the hole was really just an accident. Overall friendly and great experience!

Called for assistance. Rep wouldn't listen to my complete question. Just continued numerous times to explain what I already understood like I was stupid. Then to find out they cant do what I asked in the first place. Sadly a verya bad experience.

I walked into the store, they saw me, turned around and went the other way. When another customer came in, greeted him and helped him. Ignored me (was standing at the counter). I left. Awful service. Will take my business to Home Hardware where they are helpful!!

Moved to Waterdown, Ontario 1 year ago. Was recommended to try Sherwin Paint store as we all know painting is the first thing we do after moving in! My first experience shopping there was exceptional. Signed up for the email/savings. I've been back numerous times and have had the same service every time. Highly recommend!
