For 7 years our cockerspaniel has had many issues and costing us $1,000's. Since we started to go to Royal vet. She still has some issues but it is not in the $1,000's . The doctor is so nice with PC and the staff is amazing. Thank you

We are so pleased with the expert professional and prompt service at Royal Vet! I have two highly anxious dogs and so I was relieved when they had a great experience in addition to getting all the care they needed. Thank you to all the kind and lovely staff as well (Dawn)! I highly recommend!!!

i have always appreciated the quality of customer service Dawn and the rest of the staff, as well as Dr. Jaffy, always deliver every time we visit. they have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. not only do they email us reminders for upcoming appointments for our dog (that i have definitely forgotten), but we always appreciate their follow-up attention as well. they have always been speedy about answering (either through phone or email) and have always helped us get the most for our budget. pets are expensive! but we know our chewie is always in good hands with this team.

Manipulation with signs that are incorrect. And posting about PRIVATE client information on a Google Review. Absolutely disgusting. Why did I trust these people to treat my animals? I have no clue. Wouldn't EVER go back here again.OVER PRICED and unprofessional.Get an attitude adjustment.I was a client at your clinic. Hence, the word was. Even back then, you were overpriced. And now, it's just worse. Even if I was or wasn't a client to your clinic, the fact that you shared PRIVATE client information while responding to someone's review is disgusting. Just shows the type of human you are. And it's revolting. As an Animal Hospital, who says they strive to help animals, but does that? I definitely wouldn't want to be wasting my time and money coming to you or even allowing my pets to set a paw in your clinic.

Don’t believe their signs about affordable anything. Most expensive in all of Waterdown. Also don’t question or disagree with Dawn, she can’t handle it. Very unprofessional and unacceptable for over charging.Anyone who’s had Dawn leave personal information and completely false information can file a complaint with College of Veterinarians of Ontario's Principal, Investigations and Resolution department. I currently know of 5 people that are doing this. You can also file a claim for defamation of character.Edit September 21Dawn seems to have issues with being truthful and honest. I recorded the entire conversation and not once did I raise my voice. She tried to be manipulative, saying they have rules to follow, when I questioned certain charges. This was a flat out lie. Sad when a grown adult can’t handle being called out for lying and gouging clients. Then she tried but failed to attack me as a pet owner, you fell flat there Dawn, nice try though. The cat was seen the day he showed signs of not urinating, also it wasn’t in 2018. It was 2016. The dog had a small cut on his side not chest. I paid over $3000 for my cat and over $800 for my dog. I can afford anything my pets need.My call was to find out about your “affordable” spay/neuters, which again is a lie. You’re the most expensive in all of Waterdown and surrounding area for ANYTHING!! Your “strive” is severely lacking. Do better.Dishonesty seems to be your forte. Looks good on you.Defamation of character is real here.

Came in with my dog who has an ear infection. Vet wanted to do a laundry list of tests to determine the infection. Would have been 500 dollars before we even get to the treatment. We said no and still had to pay 100 bucks for the appointment. So we paid 100 dollars for them to tell us what we already knew. Not sure why they couldn't waive that seeing as how the vet looked in my dogs ear for 10 seconds and said what we already told them.As we were leaving he mentioned he could sell us a bottle of drops that may work. Would've been nice to have that option beforehand.

i took my kitten in for a deworming and that is all i requested because i knew that was the problem with my cat, reasoning is she would throw up worms, pretty obvious. “Dr.”Jafri proceeded to give my kitten 2 shots which he told me where to help inflammation and settle her stomach so she wouldn’t throw up, cool, then gave her a tablet for the deworming, and a cream of some sort i can’t remember for what. Later an hour or so after we get home i feed her 1/3 of the food they had given me for her, and she ate it all and laid around all day with the exception of going to her litter box to diarrhea in it and on herself. along with peeing outside of her litter box without moving, on herself. i stayed with her and made sure she was okay petting her all night until 5 am and at that point she seemed okay but she wouldn’t eat again still. she went in her cage and went to sleep and i went up to my room and slept too. i woke up in the morning to a call from the nurse i had seen asking about how my kittens doing, however when i told her my concerns about her not moving and diarrheaing on herself, she brushed them off as she wouldn’t move because she’s full, and diarrhea to get the worms out. after getting off the phone i went downstairs to check on my kitten, and she was laying in her cage in a puddle of her own vomit, dead. my poor baby angel died at 10 weeks the night after visiting this place. may she rest in peace.

Brought my 10 week old kitten in for examination/consultation and they gave it two injections, Cerenia and Famotidine and also deworming. The kitten died that night! Went in and told them and asked for a refund of the $325.08 and was told that's not possible, they took absolutely no responsibility and rudely asked me to leave their store. This is a WARNING to the whole Community....don't go there! As far as I'm concerned they killed my cat... this is what Google says about Cerenia:"Cerenia side effects in Cats:Some side effects, like fever, lethargy, decreased appetite, drooling, trouble breathing, balance issues, seizures and muscle tremors, are possible for cats taking Cerenia."It should also not be given to kittens or puppies!
