I love absolutely everything about this place, except for the potato chips. Unfortunately from my experience and aside from the classic kind, there wasn't much flavour in them. Everything else I've had here is amazing.

I have been a customer of pickards water down for years and have always had great experiences until recently! A new employee that I have never seen (younger male Black hair) was very rude at checkout not listening to customer requests and instead listening to music and playing with his phone and just replying with"who knows"! I was watching this interaction and told the kid to stop reading his texts and listening to music and listen to the customers, where he replied I can multitask and we are allowed to use our technology as we please. I have never seen any employee prior using their phones during interaction with customers. This new generation are so entitled! Very disappointed with pickards standard of customer service.

We only get down to Waterdown every so often. Used to love everything Picard's made. Walked out recently with $60 of flavoured peanuts and was disappointed with the lackluster flavours. Have you guys changed suppliers?

Picard's has an incredible selection of nuts, mostly peanuts, and chocolate. If you are looking for something a little different chip nuts are incredible or if you want a classic my favourite are the chocolate covered raisins!
