Though they didn't have a lot of options in store, they said they could easily order one in if we could find something promising. “I left the gym next door to find out my key fob wouldn't open my car. I was in an awkward position as my wallet was locked in the car. I headed over to the store and asked a favour to have a new key fob battery installed so I could get into my car and grab my wallet then come back to pay.
Not only did they say Absolutely, no worries! The gentleman took the time to replace the battery in the fob for me. No questions asked!
This is fantastic "small town feeling" customer service that goes far in my books! Of course, I managed to get access to my car and went back to square up. Thanks again ?”

“The first time my parents ever let me leave the house on my own was with my older friend of a couple years Rory who lived next door back in around 1990 or so I was about 10. I was so excited when my mom agreed to let me go with him. We went for a walk a couple miles to Westcliff mall and into Home Hardware where we each had 10 dollars or so to spend given by our parents. Rory suggested we should buy our each of our parents a gift with the money we had been given. I think I bought some sort of a toolbox for my dad here or something. Every time I go to Westcliff, im so glad to see this place is still here as so many other places have come and gone. Like the fish and chips place and the video rental stores. Rest in Peace Rory”

“Young lady at customer service desk on May 27/24 at 9:30am was AWESOME! Amazing customer service and very helpful for something I did - lose my receipt. She was able to reprint one easily and price checked my item which resulted in a $113.00 refund which I used towards purchasing a new gazebo from them. Because of her, this is my new location. Manager: Give this girl a raise!”
“Quick in and out. As soon as I entered the store I asked the staff member where to find what I came to purchase. Surprisingly she told me the exact location which is pretty rare in the current retail environment. I went to the aisle, found the product, took it to the checkout and was out of the store in under 5 minutes.”

“My favourite hardware store. Staff very helpful, pleasant. Great selection of items. Always find useful things at their store. Especially appreciate their service dept. Have a great guy there, that fixes lawnmower and even replaced a handle on my old pitchfork. Really grateful as there were no other stores who even had a replacement part for my pitchfork, but they have a guy who actually took off old broken handle and replaced with a new one. That's why they are my preferred place yo get anything I need re: hardware stuff.”
