Will never return here. Sure not a very friendly staff at this place, and don't ever question there business policies. You'll get a look / attitude to the effect of "how dare you question us." !!! Take this review for what it's worth. I could go on & on .... but I believe I've exhausted my frustration already ......

Excellent response from Trevor and John on an issue which reappeared after just one day of fixing. Not only the guys waived off labour, but did some extra work for free to see their customer happy.
I will recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for an honest work.

Our go-to place for muffler work.
They're wonderfully competent, professional and friendly, and their pricing is exceptionally reasonable.
I appreciate that they take the thought and the time to explain what needs doing, and the price was a delightful surprise (for a repair that included a catalytic convertor...)

Overall they are great. I feel confident they are not taking advantage and trying to make more money. I've taken both my cars there many times for various reasons and they have always solved it for a reasonable price. I would be confident in recommending this place to friends.

Would not trust this place technician are very poor at diagnosing problems , they will keep replacing parts no matter what the cause . I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ROUGE AUTO CENTRE !!!

Had my alternator tested. Battery terminals were noted as “loose & tightened”. After the test, and months of having charging and power issues, I come to discover that someone at Budget Automotive in Waterdown had decided to shimmy a piece of rusted, magnetic wire between my terminal connector and battery terminals. The result is my battery and battery terminals are fried, resulting in nearly $500.00 CAD of repairs.
When I approached and asked the shop manager, Jeff Lyell, about the issue, my invoice was thrown back at me, and I was informed that I must be using drugs, and was subsequently coerced into leaving the property at the threat of police intervention.
I think this says enough, in itself, about this business. I guess what they say is true. Maybe take the time to find a better shop.
