I go to the store all the time they're so friendly and have been patient with my dog learning over the last couple of months. Recently they were all commenting on how far she has come which made me feel so great! They have been so great about returns as we have been testing products throughout her entrance to settling into a life with me and helping us find the right ones. The location in Barrie wouldn't even let us try things on properly because they were worried about repackaging if it didn't fit. This location always lets us try things on before we take things out of the store no matter how many ones we need to try on. I always really appreciate that. I also appreciate that we often come in just to do exposure training because they have a dog wash station and we just come in to walk around and get my dog exposed around other dogs and they don't even question that we don't want to buy anything. If I could give this sore 10 Stars I would. At one point I wanted to buy a toy from my cat and it was going out of stock and the owner offered to bring in a whole jar for me on custom order so that I could get as many as I wanted or leave as many as I want it so that I could get them before they were no longer produced, they also showed me how I could make a version of them if I ever needed since the item was not going to be produced anymore 100 out of 10 for this store!

The staff again was the best at supplying me with the perfect item for my young pup. I was concerned about him choking on chew bones but they had the knowledge to steer me to the perfect item

Friendly and educated staff. They do not always have stock of their brand of dog food, typically have to go to Stayner or Barrie.

Self-service Dog Wash - No selection of soap provided. Two towels included with an additional $1 per towel. Only 30 mins during busy times (we stayed 2 hours as it wasn’t busy that day) and “no grooming allowed” while bathing your pet.Employee service was nice and friendly - facilities lacking.
