Went there this evening with a 30lb propane. I was so happy to find an Esso with propane, so I could use my optimum card. But it wasn’t worth it. The guy behind the counter looked at me like I had two heads. I could tell he really didn’t want to come outside and fill up the propane. He was doing paperwork,so I said take your time. But seriously shouldn’t the customer be a priority? Other places have very kindly lifted the propane to my truck or close to the truck. He just walked away and said, see you inside. I won’t go back. Not even for gas.
Further! After checking my receipt I didn’t get all my optimum points. Filed with Shoppers, all good.
He “feigned” forgetting to charge for the propane & my optimum card wouldn’t swipe a second time. I think it’s a gimmick there? Just my opinion given the reviews about the propane. Get your receipt IF you go there!
My advice, dont go there.

No choice but had to put 1 star or I can't leave a review. Very disappointed last Friday July 12th around 5:15 pm, my boyfriend went to fill up a propane tank, the person working there really had poor attitude, like he didn't want to do the job. He grudgingly filled up the tank and put it gar enough from his vehicle that he had to carry it further. My boyfriend is disabled, has one leg, and is a senior. And you can definitely tell that he was struggling with the tank. The employee who was working there, could have at least offered to help carry it to the truck. He then went back in the store and wouldn't check his Lotto tickets, since there was a couple drops rain on them. Very disappointed.

The Esso gas station in Wasaga are crooks. This morning I stopped to grab gas, paid at the pump and said transaction approved, lift gas pump and select fuel. I did this. Then it suddenly cancelled when I started to pump. Attendant said it didn’t go through to try again. I advised it took out on my phone app. He said it will be refunded in 5 mins and to try again. Did it again, took my pym and was able to pump the gas. After 30 mins it still had not refunded. Spoke to attendant and advised me to come back and he’d give me 10$ cash back. This seemed odd because I paid with debit.I come back and now the attendant and manager are saying no I’d have to contact my bank or esso.Never going back. Scammers.

I’m not sure what the guys name was, but he end up asking personal questions about me to my girlfriend. which is completely weird and keep in mind I have never met that man same as my girlfriend. We only went there once or twice. that seriously gives me stalker vibes. (because how would he know certain information unless he was listening in on phone calls and I know that sounds weird but my girlfriend had to wait there a couple times to get picked up and we called multiple times and she was there), or whatever everything about that place is completely screwed up and this is not the first time this has happened. My girlfriend is terrified. I don’t know if this helps but don’t go there from 12 in the afternoon until they’re closed. Whoever works that time is completely screwed up. And this is not even about customer service it is so screwed up how he knows some information about me when like I said, I never even met the man I’m serious I never even seen him and he’s talk about stuff like that.

Tried to buy a disposable vape from this store. Out of the box was faulty and didn't work. Went back to the store to be told that he can't return/exchange. Was told to eff my mother over the phone. This place is complete trash and is a scam. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

Prices are generally in line with Mobil across the street. Only 4 stars as these prices are still significantly higher than down the road in Stayner.

always the most expensive in Ontario, Toronto is even cheaper, just go the extra 10 min into Wasaga, it's cheaper there
