DO NOT use this brach for any type of investment accounts !! We are now on week 6 of transferring a retirement account that should have only taken 2 weeks. The woman that handles it at this branch will not answer any of your phone calls and any updates she provides by email are very vague comments like things are still in progress. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN DEALING WITH ANY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION.I will update this review as thing progress.

It's too bad they have made it impossible to call your own bank, and speak to the person you bank with directly.In a world of FRAUD, why do we have to speak to a random call center, who knows where?And discuss personal financial information with strangers.You have made banking worse.

Service is usually quick, the staff are friendly and almost always know how to address situations. My all time favourite Scotiabank so far.
