I called today about getting some tires. Had to call back and confirm what size the tires size was .in the first call I was told that I could have them done. Possibly tomorrow Or on Monday so I called back with tire size to get tires ordered. Lady on the phone was very rude and hung up on me before i could even figure out if i could get the time off i guess friday or monday didnt work for her so had to book later in the week for some reason when she answered .I'm a returning customer and will not be returning. I will go spend my money elsewhere the way she treated me they must have to much business already Thanks for nothing

Even though I told my boyfriend to go to the other tire place, he confused places and went to this one. They charged him doble and if he didn't ask for his extra two tires back, they would have kept them without saying anything. Very bad service.

Absolute ripoff, charged me double the price compared to Tirecraft for the same install.I suggest going to another shop if you don’t wanna get ripped off

Called for a quote would not even provide one over the phone as I didn't know the exact tire number. Would not even take the time to look up for customer. She was extremely rude on the phone. Terrible phone service, don't go here!!

They were helpful finding the correct size winter tires and steel rims since I was going to be getting 17x7's for winters. (My car comes standard with 18×8's) The service was also quick, with the wheels arriving a couple days after ordering, and the actual change only taking about 30 minutes.My issue is that they made no effort to keep my car interior clean when doing the service. I requested that my summer tires be bagged and placed in the trunk, with any that didn't fit being placed on the floor in the back seat.They put one in the trunk, and then put the rest ON the back seat with the bag openings so that the tire was touching the seat. Not only could this have very easily ruined my seats, but I couldn't move them myself due to a recent hand injury. So when I drove away and hit my brakes at the first stop light, all three tires slammed into the back of the front seats. It could have been dangerous and could have ruined my wheels.For the price and speed of service I would recommend them, but be wary of how they will treat your vehicle.
