Definitely some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you hate people and don't want to deal with them, do something else. If this were anywhere in proximity to more competing businesses, it would be out of business in a matter of days. Maybe it will get better one day. I don't know anyone that can stomach going there anymore.

the worker Emily needs to get her act up. she doesn'tunderstand when someone is clearly over theminimum age. honestly, I now know why everyoneHATES this store. the people who run it have absolutelyZERO clue what they are doing and the people workingthere as well. maybe next time, take a step back andask yourself "hm why does this Avondale have somuch 1 star reviews?" and then READ. They have a bad habit of locking the store up 10 - 15 minutes before closing time. Last night was the 4th or 5th time we've had this happen here in a short periid of time. We arrived at 9:50 last night and someone else was already standing outside knocking on the window, pointing at her watch. The lady in the store stood behind the counter counting her till ignoring her. We tried calling to ask why they had the doors locked early, and the lady wouldn't pick up, just took it off the hook. Change your hours to 9:30 pm if you want to go home before the store actually closes. People count on your posted store hours to be correct, not just an only if you feel like it time. I've put in a complaint to Avondale head office as well.

I always receive an amazing level of service here. Been shopping here for several years and no matter who is working, the customer service is always a treat. Very knowledgeable staff and helpful when needed.

Third time this has happened, employees close before 10, I drove all the way from wellandPoor old lady was outside and wanting some zigzags at around 9:45 and didn’t let her in. Very disappointed

a male employee let 2 people in seconds before me and told me he couldn't let me in because they cant sell alcohol after 10 (it was 9:55) even tho the hours clearly say open till 11. He never even asked if we were buying alcohol or just needed to go into the avondale for some candy. also the store is maximum 3 people at a time and there were only 2 people in the store and he wouldn't me in. I would give 0 stars if I could.

There are many places to purchase beer thought we would give our business to a smaller store ,but this will be the last time I ever stop in to this place. The girl behind counter was so miserable and unpleasant didnt even want to finish my transaction.Get someone who doesn't make customers feel like they are a interrupting her day buy spending there money in your store

The muti part is all I like, I carried a case of beer for my pops out the fridge cause he is old and I'm of age I took it up walking with him and they asked me for ID and he had grabbed a bottle they said they would not sell the case only the bottle because I couldent produce id so we got the bottle and walked out
