I had an issue with my front right tire. It was at the end of the day and I shared with the staff that I was heading out for a weekend getaway. Instead of booking me an appointment Tim had one of his great mechanics check it out immediately. It was fixed within roughly 30 minutes. This is by far the best treatment I've ever received at any shop in my life. Marks auto has me as a customer for life now.

I drive a lot and I found that I had a nail in my tire, I called and they were able to get me in right away. They were able to patch it quickly and get me on my way. Good service and very nice workers and for a good price!

My muffler fell off and I drove all the way from Kitchener to the tulip farm. I called he told me to come in to see what he could do and they did what they could to make it not drag on the ground on the way back home. Amazing and friendly environment. God bless them and I would recommend them to anyone.

our work van was towed in 8 weeks ago. talked to Tim about 2 weeks in and he still has not found the issue with the van. since then I have called 9 times and left messages and still no van or call back to let us know what is going on with our van. not sure how anyone can run a company like this worst service out there will not be using marks automotive in the futureServices: Electrical repair

There aren’t enough words to explain the generosity of this shop. I had travelled almost seven hours to the area to pick a used boat I had recently purchased, unfortunately it’s trailer had issues with the brake lights etc. I happened to see this shop and pulled in without an appointment late in the afternoon. Tim “the owner” of Mark’s Repair shop gave me the parts to repair my boat trailer lights and had offered to help me out right away.
