This was my first time at this shop as I was not familiar with True Religion. It is now one of my favourite brands. The stuff in this location were very polite and helpfull and the manager O'Neil brings customer service to a whole new level. I will be definitely going back very soon!

poor customer service!! customer representative missed 1 item to put in my shopping bag, I paid for 3 items but got only 2 and for the other item size was wrong. Drove all the way back next day to the store and explained them everything requested to the to check camera, sales manager checked the camera he said no he put all the items, requested him to check the camera again he checked the camera again and he found their mistake. Sales person missed to put all the items in my bag. Big hassle for me, bad experience of shopping will quit shopping from TR. Thank you @truereligian

We were shopping at True Religion Vaughan Tuesday of last week, and O’Neil was hands down one of the best associates I have come across at Vaughan. He made the store very welcoming and he was very patient with us. This is my first experience at True Religion, and I would definitely come again. He should definitely get a raise!! ?

Highly recommend this location!My husband and I have shopped here twice now and have had great experiences both times. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the atmosphere of the store is comfortable and welcoming, and overall it's a great place to shop to find comfortable, quality clothing.
