5 stars, I had an old toys r us gift card I almost threw out. Cashier insisted she check if there was a balance on it before I throw it out. Apparently it had a lot of money on it:) Thank you:)

Still the same great toy store from my childhood. They've changed a bit to accommodate the latest trends bit still a great place to find gifts for the kids that aren't console related.

Purchased Remote toy car. Due to bigger size I changed my mind to replace it with smaller size. They said you opened the box so can’t exchange. Didn’t like their return policy and even staff.

Worst experience at this place ❗️… usually I never give anyone bad ratings or reviews but for this place I had to ….the 2 girls that were at the front told me that these toys or some things are expensive for me , they are no one to tell anyone what is expensive or what not for them.. worst attitude towards customers, never recommend this location or place to anyone

My husband and I went to Toys R Us this past Saturday at Vaughan Mills and had a pleasant experience with Adele and Enzo. Adele knew her products, was responsive with her service and had great communication skills. Enzo was very helpful, informative and willing to please us as customers. Thank you Adele and Enzo :)

The store is fine. The washrooms are disgusting. I would expect much cleaner washrooms as its a kids store and they are the main ones to use the washrooms.

I went to toys r us on a Saturday evening and despite how busy the mall/store was Julian took his time to actually make my visit to Toys r us worth the visit. Very respectful, very honest and extremely friendly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Toys r us ever in my years of shopping there!
