I literally asked them to put the sauce on the side she said she made a mistake and she redid it. They literally used sometime to remove the sauce instead of making a new one. This is terrible.

Honestly, I hate leaving bad reviews but it seems like this location has the same issue repeatedly with messing up orders. They don't have cold brew which is surprising since it's the first ad you see on the screen in the drive thru. After being told they don't carry that, I asked what was the most similar. I couldn't understand what thy were saying because of the very quiet speaker and the noisy construction. So they asked me to come to the window which I could also barely understand. When there is outside noise they should be raising their voice. They then proceeded to on e again mess up my order. I asked for te0 bagel belts, 2 iced coffees and 2 pr the new caramel fritters. They then proceeded to say 1 fritter, 1 belt and 2 coffees. I repeated that no, 2 of everything. Then after I paid and received my food I noticed that the fritter did not look like the new one and he said no its not. I said I ordered the caramel one and he said then I have to charge you for them. No. I do not want 4 fritters. If you screwed up that many times then they should be fixing it. I also now realize that the iced coffee I ordered isn't even the chocolate one as requested. I have been to this location a few times and every time the order has an issue. Small simple things but still issues. Very annoying

I’m really angry about the service that I received, I told the person to put vanilla in my iced coffee as I had the same problem repeatedly for months, but still she gave me a normal iced coffee when I specifically ordered for vanilla iced coffee. It’s been months, I’m never going back if this happens one more time. I don’t know why they hurry so much. The guy at the window literally said “Dude, please move” as soon as I was done paying.

The server rush me all the time to pay and drive away at drive thru because she said theres a timer. She prioritze the timer than the customer which is im not happy at this drive thru..

Great Tim Hortons location. They work fast in the morning and won't mess up the order like most of the other locations....

They almost always mess up our order. But when it’s right, the food is usually decent. We still frequent this location because we live in the area.

No choice, sometimes I have to get my breakfast from this tim horton location.Burning bagels and I told them.Very lazy staffing,. Don't know how to pass cup to the customer.Not respectful at all.Not happy experience with them, every time
