When the place is busy the staff just rush to do anything to fulfill customer orders, you ask for coffee dd and it is regular, and coffee is bitter from being too long on the warmer, toasted bagel soaked with butter that the bag and napkins filled with butter, this is all cause they get panicked when there is many orders, so they rush , I would rather wait and get good service.

I visited this location today. I activated an offer in the APP which is 2 classic breakfast sandwiches for $6. When I placed my order with the lady at front, I said : "one sausage English muffin" , then I paused for a few seconds and said :" one bacon English muffin." I also ordered an iced vanilla latte(and she asked me if I want any sugar in it. I was like HUH?). But after I scanned my Tim card, I noticed the discount did not apply. So I asked the lady and she told me the sandwiches I ordered can not be used for this offer. I asked why? I said I ordered two separated classic sandwiches. But looks like that lady did not want to explain to me a lot, so she told me will give me the difference after I showed her the offer and told her two classic breakfast sandwiches should be $6 . She gave me $3 cash. After I got my sandwiches, I checked them and found out I got two sausage sandwiches. So I went back (thanks God I did not leave right way)and said I got two sausages, surprisingly that lady said that's correct. I said NO! I ordered one sausage and one bacon! OK, they took the bag and said they will fix it. After I got home, I found out the two sandwiches were still wrong!Later I realized what happened was she did not hear me clearly, so she put one sandwich right but put another sandwich with both bacon and sausage in the system. That's why the offer did not apply. But not the reason she told me plus she did not even give the right amount of price difference. It should be $4.04, not $3 which means I ended up with paying $1.04 more. If customer is telling you something is not right, the first thing is trying to find out the reason and fix the issue. But the first thing she told me was " you did not tell me you have an offer." Everyone knows Tim offers applied automatically if it's activated and you ordered the right item. Seriously I don't know why she got confused. I basically said my order three times!Please hire someone with detail oriented and good English communication for customer service. If something went wrong, please do a clear communication with customer. Ensure they understand customer and ask questions if they don't. DO NOT just GUESS what is right! This is the first time I had this such bad customer service experience with Tim.

All are great, but my problem with Tim Hortons is that there is always a different price for same item from one store to other . Chicken sandwich on a big bun and drink and muffin one store 9 30 dollar other is 10 45,other is 11 25 for same order ,and one store in georgina refuse to made it said only on small bun.......you need some one to govern those stories that never had same price .Do you believe coffee,sandwich,and muffin 9 50 in spit I always pay 7 45 .and refuse to scan my 1250 points to get free sandwich...always have a trouble when I go Tim Horton except my home one at bYview and 16 Ave they are very professional.

Seriously. Check your orders before you leave. Known for missing orders. Frustrating t I pay for items, then have to call, and then come back and then explain and then get that refund.

I never give 5/5 to fast food places, but I give it a 5/5 for online order readiness and accurate preparation unlike 90% of other Timmy's locations that NEVER get an order right or on time; online or in person.

First time going to this location and most likely last as well. I prefer a drive thru but there was none here, so I went inside to place my order and saw their slim pickings of food that they had in the glass case.I ordered a tea biscuit and FV that seemed ok to taste. A few hours later my stomach and toilet did not agree. Something here was off for sure.Staff was attentive but need to do a better job of the place, as there were messy tables and not enough food.

I feel like people needs to be trained on how to make a wrap, not everyone has common sense guys in there lack a-lot of it. Also all the tables are dirty while employees just stand around talking.
