Recently we went to the Brick Mattress Store near Vaughan Mills. We were told by the sales person there misinformation.
We were told that if you do not purchase a new box spring, the warranty will be void.
I have since contacted other furniture vendors and was told that is NOT correct.
The pricing was all over the place. On sale not on sale. Some prices marked were on sale or not on sale. Extremely confusing and misleading to the point it seemed random on the part of the sales person.
As well the delivery and removal cost was almost triple the cost of your nearest competitor.
Not comfortable making a purchase there.
We went to Sleep Country Canada and our experience was totally different.
The sales person there really knew their job. Experienced and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the sales person at The Brick was not.
Matched price less 5%. Delivery and removal was 1 third the cost.
We were not looking at cheap options. It was not just about the price.
In fact we ended up spending almost $1500.00 for the mattress we chose.
When we took delivery of the mattress, once again our experience was fantastic.
Over all a very bad experience at The Brick.
Be careful and ask a lot of questions.

My family and I had an excellent experience at this Brick location. The customer service representative was very kind, professional and extremely helpful. We had a fantastic experience as Goldy helped us choose right product at affordable price.

Dealt with Sabrina. She was very customer orientated. We bought a Luxury Firm at first, but it was a little hard. We ended up switching it to one level softer. Would recommend. 2nd time buying here.
