Alexis is such a great assistant manager. She made my experience yesterday worth wild. I always visit Suzy Shier locations, but I have to say the Vaughan Mills location is amazing. Thank you Alexis for making me feel great in the new digs I purchased. I appreciate the hard work you do.

Came to this location a few times because I was eyeing a dress. First time, I went to try it on and waited for over 5 mins for a dressing room; one lady behind cash saw me and ignored me which I then had to go over and ask for one. Very unprofessional. The second time I went in to purchase the dress under the impression I would be able to return it in the chance that I found something else because there was a tag on it that said I could return it if all tags were still attached. While at the checkout I asked to confirm the policy… nope, can’t return. Weird. I held off because I didn’t want to keep over $100 at one store I barely go to for store credit. Anyways, I went back a third time because it’s the dress I liked most. While cashing out, the lady was folding up the GOWN like nothing and asked if I wanted a shopping bag. I knew there were dress bags so I asked for that (which she gave) but she still folded the dress. I asked her to just give it to me so I could do it. I was at the cash register packing away my own dress while she went to the other side and watched. VERY unprofessional.

Excellent customer service from NegarShe helped me with a return of clothes because I did not understand how to do it, she was very patient and kind with me because my English is very badVery nice location that makes you feel the store has been around for a while. They have everything any other shoppers could offer you. The staff are super friendly.

I often shop at suzy for blouses, my recent shopping experience was awesome,I would really like to thank Negar for being was so sweet and helpful. She helped me to find correct size and even gave genuine feedback. Thank you making my day. I hope every customer service representative is kind like her.

The staff members were incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Negar offered valuable assistance in helping me find the perfect outfit for a special occasion .definitely will be back there

Went here and bought some 9 items from the store including a metal framed sunglasses. When I reached home, upon getting everything out from the bag, found out that I am missing the sunglasses which I paid for. Called them to inform about the incident and they asked me to travel back to store to get the issue sorted out. I went there from Brampton by travelling 45 mins one way and they are expecting me to go back there and get my sunglasses which THEY FORGOT TO PUT IN THE BAG AFTER BEING CHARGED FOR. I asked the lady on the call if I can go to nearby store and get my pair but the lady told me that she would not recommend doing that but want me to go back at Vaughan mills from Brampton. Very frustrating experience and feels being fraudulent. Also, the cashier who was helping us forcefully sold us membership card by saying incorrect information of the bill amount. Honestly very disappointed with the Cashiers way of serving though I like the collection of the clothes there. I would expect if my issue would get solved out and being helped by resolving my issue in nearby store(Bramalea City Centre).

The Assistant Store Manager was really helpful to me and my daughter. It really busy at this store, but the Assistant Manager took the time to provide sensible choices for my daughter who is not the easiest to buy for. Thank you!

Horrible customer service from Negar, she is very unprofessional and lazy. Not a good fit for customer service. The only thing she is good at is arguing with customers instead of doing her job.

I just want to say that I was at Suzy 2 days ago looking for summer clothes and dresses and the manager Alexis helped me to find what I needed took her time didn’t rush me to pick just anything even though the store was busy I know I will visit Suzy again had a good time picking up clothes thank you

I had made a purchase from the new spring collection a few weeks back and was just over the return period. I called the store and I spoke to Mary, the store manager. I explained that I had some items over the return policy time that I wanted to exchange with tags and the receipt. Mary was so pleasant on the phone and was happy to honour my exchange.Thank you Mary! Absolutely fantastic service and I ended up buying way more through the exchange. She even took the time to get me signed up for a prestige card. Even though the store was absolutely crazy busy, she never rushed me and even helped me find what I was looking for.Highly recommend this location!

I recently purchased some clothes from Suzy store and was disappointed to find out that they do not offer refunds. This information was not clearly communicated to me at the time of purchase, and it was only when I attempted to return some of the clothes that I found out about the store's no-refund policy. You just have 14 days for exchange or store credit! While they did offer me store credit instead, I was still frustrated by the lack of transparency and communication from the store.It has made me hesitant to shop at Suzy store again in the future.
