The absolute WORST SERVICE FOR PRINTING pictures. Do not go to this location! They don’t adhere to the same day pick up location and the quality of the pictures is HORRIFIC! Don’t waste your time with this location!

I had a last minute photo printing job ahead of my sister's wedding and I was lucky enough to have been helped by Denise and Anusha. Both of them went very out of their way to make sure that I got my photo printed on time and that it was done perfectly. Truly some of the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you Denise and Anusha for your patience and expertise - you're life savers!!!

Please avoid this location when using shipping services. I went there last week, posting some documents internationally. When I asked for a FedEx envelope, the young girl at the counter told they didn’t have any envelopes available. She said they only had the smaller ones, and my documents wouldn’t fit inside. Upon asking to show the size, she went to the back, with envelope in her hand, and started yelling from 10 feet away, “See I told you, they won’t fit”. I requested her to check again as all the locations provide envelopes, She kept insisting me to go to FedEx direct Location and buy one from there. As I was about to leave, I saw 2 people working there( probably 1 of them was the manager). As I recounted the whole scenario, the guy was very polite & told me - No, they had bigger envelopes available & brought one for me in just a minute!! Later I was helped by Jazmine, who helped me send my papers correctly. 5 stars for these guys⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1 advice for that arrogant girl, pls learn how to deal with customers. If you are not sure about anything, don’t hesitate to ask ur manager, instead of confidently lying and wasting other people’s time.

Had a terrible experience to start with the copy machines and not working properly but the one of the people at the front cashiers named Mohsin helped me out and was very kind to making sure I got what I needed and my problem fixed . Great guy and sure to come back if I need anything becusss of him .

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PRINTING SERVICES!! They have no clue what they doing and will not warn you that they cannot do what you asked for! Do your self a favour go to a ups store they can get your printing done for cheaper, better quality and you walk out with your order!

I was prepared to write a really negative review due to the absurd wait times and lack of staffing in the printing department, however, I had a great encounter with De Andre (hopefully I spelled that correctly) that prevented me from giving this a much lower star count.As I was cashing out, De Andre was super personable and made an effort to converse with me. Additionally, he noticed I was rubbing my arm in pain and took the time to ask what was wrong and even gave me advice for injury prevention at the gym.5 stars to De Andre. We need more people like him.

Just left the store with a terrible experience! After waiting and seeing different attitudes from their staff, I was told that they don't provide shipping for PO Boxes.

Waited close to half an hour to pick up an order that was ready for pick up. None of the workers seemed phased that there was a long line. Disappointing. Horrible customer service

I called them yesterday to ask about Citizenship photos and was told I could get them done at this location and I didn't need an appointment but to arrive no later than 30 minutes before closing.I went there this morning at 10ish and asked an employee if I could get citizenship photos done and she went to speak to someone else who I saw just shake her head "no". She came back to me and said no their machine has been broken. I asked why the customer service rep didn't tell me that over the phone yesterday? Then she back peddled and said it broke this morning .... I wasn't born yesterday ma'am. She told me to go to Henry's across the parking lot on the other side of the plaza. I asked if they're open and she said yes. I hopped in my car and drove over only to find out they were in fact closed and only open at 11 am.So not only did I not get my photos and send off my documents. I now have to find somewhere else to get my photos taken and then go somewhere else to mail my documents plus she wasted more of my time and gas telling me to go somewhere else that was closed.Terrible, please work on better customer service and if you don't know for sure don't tell people another store is open. Stop getting lazy people to run your store.

This store has made my shopping experience fantastic! I have visited this store for the same purpose three times and each time my experience is fantastic. I don’t have much knowledge about the tech products that I needed to purchase but the sales associate helped me immensely. Special thanks to Kojo, who went above and beyond each time I visited. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and a great individual over all. My experience at this Staples location has always been fantastic in every area of the store. Even the cashier’s have made my experience great! The manager at the store, as well as another lady working in the tech department were very helpful and knowledgeable when assisting me and explaining the products to me. I am extremely pleased with the service I receive each and every time. Once again, special thanks to Kojo who made my purchases seamless!! Great management in place and it is reflected in the customer service experience.
