Was looking for a new pharmacy to fill my compounded prescription at. This pharmacy apparently can't provide any costs without you sending them your prescription, even if you are able to provide them with all the required information. Several other pharmacies had no issues providing quotes.Really sketchy to collect information like this when all someone wants to know is how much you would charge them for their meds.Would not recommend this business.

I required a compound prescription filled urgently. I was turned away by my compound pharmacy that I had been using for 10 years along with their feeble excuses as to why they could not fill the prescription the same day. (They usually need two to three weeks notice, can you imagine!)I found Smith’s and was treated compassionately. The pharmacists were understanding and empathetic. The prescription was filled within hours. Smith’s has restored my faith in knowing there are people with goodness and kindness, who are willing to go out of their way. They have shown me there are angels among us. To the Pharmacist's at Smith’s, thank you for your time and understanding.Shame on you York Downs Pharmacy for turning your backs.

Smith's Pharmacy has been extremely helpful and very easy to deal with. I had ordered a product and they advised it was on back order. They asked if I wanted the refund or leave as is and once in stock they can put the order through at that time and charge me then. I left it as it was and a few weeks later they advised that the product was in stock and put the order through, I find their service goes above and beyond!

I have been buying my supplements from Smith's Pharmacy for several years. They have a huge range of top premium brand supplements. The staff goes above and beyond to assist with my orders and they are very knowledgeable to make suggestions for products when I ask. Always a good experience.

It took two weeks to get just a tube of shaving cream. Nobody had called when it came in like they said they would. I found it sitting on the shelf. If I hadn’t gone in I would still be waiting. The message on the phone says leave a message and we will call back. Nobody calls back. When I asked about these things they said that they are too busy.I’ll stick to Shoppers or Walmart.

I would not purchase from this site again. They emailed me saying one of the items I ordered was not available. They would not give me my money back even after 2-3 attempts to request my refund. I contacted PayPal to open a case but since they partially shipped my order (minus the unavailable items) PayPal sees it as being shipped. So now I cant get my money back and Smith Pharmacy wont get back to me. The difference was about $70. Very poor customer service. Buyers beware.
