I've taken my car here twice for servicing. Unfortunately, during the second visit, they made a critical error that I only discovered during a long trip. I was terrified to learn I had been driving with a serious issue, which led to my trip being postponed.
When I contacted Domenic about it, he was very sincere and promised to fix the problem right away. I brought the car back, and after an inspection, Domenic informed me that they needed to order some parts and asked me to return the next day. He also promised to give the car a full makeover at no charge to make up for the inconvenience. I had told him that if they needed to keep the car overnight, I would need a rental covered by my warranty. The next day, after dropping off the car, I realized this wasn’t going through the official channel, and I wouldn’t be provided a rental. Since I had work to attend to, I had no choice but to leave the car and take an Uber for work(note that they’ve dropped and picked me up from my home).
The next morning, when I picked up the car, it looked like it had received the same treatment as the used cars they sell on the lot. While this didn’t make up for my lost time, emotional distress, or the impact on my trip, Domenic’s sincerity and willingness to fix their mistake and make it right helped. I believe in second chances, and this experience has made me open to returning and trusting them with my vehicle. Though I don’t appreciate flattery, I did value Domenic’s effort—it showed that even when they make a mistake, they are committed to learning from it and doing everything possible to resolve it.
The reason for my four-star rating is simple: most people don’t pay much attention to five-star reviews, as we’re naturally drawn to the negative. I hope this four-star review encourages you to read the details and helps you feel confident in trusting them with your car. If they make a mistake, communicate with them and let them know if something isn’t up to standard. I’m sure they won’t disappoint you.

I purchased my first car from Seven View, recommended by one of their clients. While the salesman was friendly, the Jeep I bought turned out to be a nightmare.
It is a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara with 147km sold to us as 'in good condition' but was basically broken.
At first, the car seemed fine, but it soon became extremely loud. Turns out the rear differential oil has never been changed (full of metal debris), and the brakes were so rusted that they had to be completely replaced, bringing the repair costs to nearly $8000 within the first few months of ownership.
I first went to their mechanic for an oil inspection, and they clearly didn't inspect this.
I can't believe they sold me a car in such bad shape, especially to a first-time buyer. It's scary that I was driving on the highway in this condition. Unsafe and irresponsible.
This experience has made me completely mistrust this dealership. Beware if you're considering buying a used car from this place.

Everything about the experience was amazing. There is no sales pressure at all, but lots of assistance and knowledge shared. Peter gave us options and answered all our questions. He was out of this world fantastic. Ladda was expectional and made the financing easy and smooth. Will be recommending Seven View to everyone. Professional and friendly service at its best. Glad we made the trip. Thank you again. We love the new truck!

"I recently had the pleasure of working with [Domenic Colalillo] at seven view dealership and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. Domenic is not only extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but also honest and trustworthy. They took the time to explain the issues with my car in detail and provided me with cost-effective solutions. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and my car has been running smoothly ever since. I highly recommend this place and specially Domenic to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled mechanic. 5 stars!"

BUYER BEWARE***Horrible horrible horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. If you are getting into a lease and have any intention of buying out your vehicle at the end- DO NOT deal with seven view. Their contracts have a few, incredibly vague, clauses which allow them the addition of pretty much any fee at the end of the lease. When trying to purchase my vehicle after a 5-year lease, there was an increase of $8,500 added on to the value unless I re-leased a new car. So if I gave it back they said it was worth something less than if I bought it.
Noteworthy name to mention who made this process even worse is STEPHANIE RABITO. She is the definition of a corporate crook. Seven View also adds a first rights of refusal clause which won’t let you give the right to someone else to buyout your lease- which usually means you have to give it back to them without any value going towards a future lease.

Honestly, I don’t know where to start… I bought a beautiful Ram Rebel with 60K kms on it, and thank god I had the extended warranty. First issue was the gas tank, I couldn’t fill gas at any pump; it took 3 times and 4 weeks of not having my truck for replacing complete gas tanks and hoses to finally find out it was the charcoal canister.
2nd issue was the radiator, there was a coolant leak. First time they fixed it, it got worse, second time they fixed it, as if nothing was fixed, In addition, they removed the A/C freon gas from it without refilling and without telling me. I had to go back to find out that I had to pay $500 for it as they came up with a story that the wrong freon was previously put into it. 2 weeks later, I got stuck on the 400 highway putting my life in danger for the same issue with the coolant going all over the cabin and smoke coming from the dash.
I finally decided to take it to 400 Chrysler. It took them 7 weeks to fix it as they described it was a mess. I asked about the freon, they said it’s impossible to put the wrong freon into the truck as it has different heads. So Sevenview ripped me off! 5 days after getting my truck back, I still suffered from the work that Sevenview did on my truck, and in for another 4 days at the dealership.
I don’t recommend Sevenview to anyone, the mechanics at service are completely incompetent and they are very sneaky in their ways to always get you to pay for something on your way out. This is the worst experience I ever had with any dealership. After spending thousands of dollars, and many weeks in a rental vehicle, I have now decided to get out of my truck as they ruined it beyond repair.

Just wanted to share my experience with Seven View Chrysler. My vehicle went in for servicing. Well, waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. I happen to see a new grand Wagoneer on the lot. Which peaked my curiosity and interest. I was putting in contact with a sales representative named Homer. Enough good things about Homer. He was patient. He has great product intelligence. He was also patient, very well mannered and professional. Although the deal didn’t go through (No fault of his own), I have no doubt that Homer is a person I would love to do business with the future. Dominic from the service department is also very good, so is the receptionist at the service department, as well as Enzo the courtesy driver.

We recently purchased a pre-owned RAM from Seven View Chrysler, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. After dealing with several other dealerships, this was a breath of fresh air.
Our salesman, Mike Blanda, was exceptional. He felt more like a friend and treated me that way, rather than a customer! He didn’t try to oversell us and found us the perfect vehicle that met our budget and constraints. Mike was incredibly patient, accommodating all our questions, and ultimately got us exactly what we wanted within our budget.
Stephanie Rabito, the Business Manager, handled all the financing and secured better rates than we could find on our own.
Overall, it was an awesome experience, and we are thrilled with our new pickup. We highly recommend Seven View Chrysler!

Avoid Seven View Dealership at All Costs; Customer’s NIGHTMARE!!!
If you're considering to bring your car to the mechanic shop or purchasing a vehicle from Seven View dealership, think again. Our experience with this establishment has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
Several years ago, we bought a minivan from Seven View, and since then, it has been a continuous source of frustration. Their customer service is abysmal – the staff is not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. Every visit to their mechanic shop leaves us with more problems than we started with. The mechanics are not only incompetent but also seem to take pride in their rudeness and lack of professionalism.
The most recent issue is the perfect example of their shoddy work. Our minivan's automatic trunk door button stopped working, forcing us to manually open and close it. When we took the car in for an oil change and to fix the trunk door, they kept the vehicle for an entire week. Not only did they fail to fix the door, but they also managed to cause further damage. Now, every time it rains, the trunk fills with water, leading to a horrible smell and mold growth. This has turned our once-reliable vehicle into a health hazard.
Despite their failure to fix the initial problem, we now have to take the car back and pay again to repair something they should have fixed in the first place. This level of service is unacceptable and downright infuriating.
Please, do yourself a favor and avoid Seven View dealership. We are warning all our friends and family to steer clear of this place, and I encourage anyone reading this to do the same. Save your time, money, and sanity by choosing a dealership that values its customers and provides competent, professional service. Seven View is not that place.
