  I went on Boxing Day considering there will be some off , bought mac foundation and setting spray , however I got the full price , that is also understood that you did not put any off on that but same thing available $18 -19 dollars cheaper on each item , should not it be called cheating ???
  Very disappointing 👎👎 get better way to earn this is not the way to take money out of people pocket.

  Worst customer service experience in my whole life!!!!!!!
  I went for shopping and I already bought some stuff from other stores, so had my shopping bags with me. I was checking fragrances & this lady was giving ne weird look & was staring at my bags nd me this whole time. When I asked is there any problem, she said no. I bought 2 fragrances and some other stuff of almost 600$ and while I was standing in the queue, a guy came to me…he seemed like store manager or something…he wasn’t helping out the customers…he & the previous lady accused me in front of all the customers that I had one more fragrance with me & they were watching me with sus eyes. Dude if I bought that much stuff, I could have bought any other fragrance as well. I offered them to check my bags if they want to nd to that this guy had the audacity to say that if I am offering this then I might be sus to them. Dude these guys r so messed up….don’t know what they are thinking of themselves by working over there…nd here BRO if u r reading my review….m earning enough to buy those fragrances & even if I am not, learn some customer service skills….u really gotta work on them. U should treat your customers with politeness & if any doubts be respectful and ask it politely…rather than saying don’t bro me nd blah blah…..never coming back to this store EVER!!!!!!!!!!

  A few weeks ago, I visited Sephora to shop for my friend’s wedding, and we were assisted by a stunningly beautiful staff member named Amber, who looked like an K-pop idol. She provided us with various tips and thoughtful care, which made it possible for my friend to purchase all the right products she needed.
  
  Amber selected only the essential items for my friend, who isn’t very skilled with makeup, and even used the devices to compare prices and explain product features, allowing us to shop more efficiently. It was the first time I’d experienced such exceptional service at Sephora, and it made me so happy.
  
  My friend was also extremely satisfied. We stayed in the store for quite a while, and even after assisting other customers, Amber returned to us to continue helping, which I truly appreciated.
  
  Both my friend and I are shy by nature, but she noticed this and made extra efforts to accommodate us, and we’re so grateful for that. We were disappointed not to see her during our next visit, but we would love to meet her again and get her recommendations. Amber’s thoughtful and professional service left a lasting impression, and I want to express my sincere gratitude to her.

  Worst Sephora I've been to, Do not go here, I asked the staff to help me find a product and they just kept pointing to random directions, and finally they told me the product is sold out. Then I looked around and found the product myself on the shelf that was apparently "sold out". Very disappointing.

  I experienced racial profiling from the workers here. I was repeatedly followed, harassed and falsely accused of stealing. Don’t be misled by the diverse staff, they are complicit in perpetuating systemic discrimination. Shame on you, Sephora, for allowing this vile behaviour in today’s society. If I visit again and encounter this treatment, I will record your actions, post them online, and, if necessary, involve the police and file a report. I will take every measure to hold you accountable and ensure others are protected from your discriminatory practices.

  Easily the worst Sephora I've ever been to. There are always only 2 cash registers open, so you have to wait in line forever just to make a purchase. Oh and they let people jump the line, so now you and everyone else's wait gets even longer. The staff act like you're inconveniencing them personally when you ask for help. Their stock is also always messy and the testers are nasty. Avoid, go to literally any other location.

  This is quite possible the worst Sephora I have ever been too. Staff not knowledgeable in product or where product is in store. Very inexperience. Went in during the day. Staff doesn’t care point you in any direction saying I don’t work in that dept. overheard a sales associate say to someone “that will blur out all your huge pores” Shocked!!!
  
  And at the cash. So unpleasant and not friendly.

  I love Sephora. But this location is very odd at times. Messy sample products, no perfume test strips, no perfume at all to try! Also, not a large supply of tissues and makeup remover liquid, etc. The employees need to stay on top of the neatness of the displays and refilling items for customers. That is the point of the on-the-ground store, eh? To have access!
