I recently went there with my wife and daughter and they had everything we needed but the staff was rude, there was this girl I couldn’t catch her name she was acting as if we were there to steal.

Cashier was very rude. Horrible, no customer service whatsoever. Literally asked one question and she replied like she owned the store but was only an employee.

I went to this Sephora a couple weeks ago with my friend to grab a few things. We met Stephanie (spelling might be wrong) and she was absolutely wonderful and super knowledgeable about every product we looked at it. She matched both my friend and I to concealer, foundation and powder. She taught us tricks that neither of us had heard of before and was extremely professional.
I’ve been going to Sephora for well over a decade now but this is the first time I felt compelled to leave a review. I found products that really matched my undertone and skintone and didn’t feel like products were just being recommended to be sold but recommended based on what my friend and I were looking for.
I hope you guys give her a fat raise!!

Very Bad policy, Remove your Birthday giveaway gifts if you do not have and after month pass you guys said you are not eligible for this. ridiculous and when refer to the customer care kindly know that customer care not able to help us and it will just waste my time.

I had a really frustrating experience at Sephora recently. I spoke with a staff member named Dani, just to ask if they had a smaller size of an argan oil bottle. Instead of directly answering my question, she immediately tried to push me into signing up for their birthday gift offer. While I was filling out the form and asking her some questions, she went ahead and signed me up without my consent. When I confronted her about it, she claimed I had signed up myself, which was completely untrue.
What made it worse was that she didn’t even apologize or acknowledge her mistake. She just kept pushing to sign up, which felt really unprofessional. I left the store feeling disappointed and disrespected. Sephora should be more careful who they hire if this is how customers are treated.

So rude. Unbelievable, I went in there today to go return a product. I was degraded by the cashier, I was going to do an exchange but after being treated that way I thought a return would be fitting. I’ll be buying my makeup elsewhere from now on. She was extremely disrespectful and borderline yelling at me. I will never be returning. So much for customer service these days.

So, I went to Sephora, all bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, ready for some makeup magic. What I got instead was a masterclass in customer ghosting. The staff seemed to have perfected the art of looking busy while skillfully avoiding eye contact. Impressive, really ??
The highlight of my visit? An employee paired me with their ‘star makeup artist’. Expectation: a flawless foundation match. Reality: a shade that screamed 'Hi. I’m Tan Mom'. Seriously, I didn't remember asking for the Donald Trump special (ew). Plus, to add insult to injury, this artist was rude AF.
Here’s a little customer service tip (from a business owner): Yes, returns suck. I hate returning stuff, too! But maybe if the first try was a hit, we wouldn't be doing this tango.
This experience was an eye-opener. Here's hoping they brush up on the basics – because nailing the right shade (especially having the luxury of big windows and natural lighting) and being nice about it isn't rocket science.

Wow, what a turnaround! After my previous disastrous experiences here, I decided to give it another shot months later, and I’m blown away by the improvements. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and none of those dirty looks or pretending-to-be-busy ghosting vibes. Keep up the great work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went there yesterday for the first time and had the worst sephora experience ever. I went to do a return and the cashier told me that sephora doesn’t accept returns, which is no where mentioned in any policy. Wasted my time and energy went to the other sephora and they happily took the return and told me that this should not have been the case as their is no such policy. How can you guyz have different policies from other Sephora’s or the staff just didn’t wanted to do a return so she said what she wanted to say i don’t know ??♀️

I just left Sephora Colosus this evening and just wanted to give a shout out to the staff member who stopped a thief in the store. I witnessed this interaction with my dog , who the thief tried to blame.
It was extremely courageous of her to approach what could have been a dangerous situation on her own with no support from other staff members. She did so without bashing the person who was shoplifting, and handled it so professionally. Even though the person was giving her a hard time , she remained respectful to the situation. I work in retail myself and I just wanted to say she was great and handled that well!
She also was a great help too while I was shopping.
Just wanted to give you a shout out!
