Milo just got his first grooming session today with Emma and I was super amazed at her work, she was very patient at the start when Milo was scared, than eventually she got him in and he was doing really good. She has a lot of patience when it comes to little puppies which I know Milo was in good hands!
She made Milo look very handsome, and fluffy, very happy with the service, thank you Emma, will see you soon!!!

Our budgie, purchased here, passed away at just one year of age. I believe this happened because of the conditions in which budgies here appear to be kept.
I've frequented this location over the last year and noticed that, often times, the budgies appear to be sick. Having been a budgie owner for over 20 years, noticing the signs is not difficult. I believe there are regulations in place to prevent exactly this type of behavior - and some might even argue that it is neglectful. This is a pattern now, and I expect better from PetSmart.
Based on these observations, it is entirely possible that the living conditions for budgies here led to long-term health issues for our pet, owing to which she eventually passed.

My cat just got groomed yesterday, after 2 hours of waiting I was called to come pick him up.
By the time we arrived home, I just saw that they didn't dry out my cat. His legs and belly were still wet. Definitely not coming back.

Neil, is an unprofessional dog trainer! Going to her is a rip off. Take your dogs to someone who knows how to train your dog in a direct and respectful manner. She gives lack of respect for my dog. Not very encouraging, very unprofessional and disrespectful person. Be careful and save your money!!!!

i had a very bad experience, i wanted to buy a hamster and wanted to buy a cage for 55$ when i chose the hamster i liked the staff said the cage in the store was sold for 55$ small and told me to buy a cage of 80$-120$ and i didn't want to i only bought 1 hamster and the staff had an attitude towards me when i said i didn't want to buy a cage of 110$ i feel 1 hamster can live in a cage of 55$ no problem, when i intend to buy more hamsters i will invest more in the cage, in your opinion am i wrong or the staff is wrong?

We hadn't visited the grooming salon since before covid so I wasn't sure what to expect. I made sure to have all the paperwork for my dog so that they had up to date records. My dog only needed a nail trim and I was happy to see they allow walk ins for that. David, the groomer was so patient with my senior dog and my pup's nails look amazing. They also have Yappy Hour which was $5 off the regular nail trim price! Overall we had an amazing experience and will start using their services again more regularly. Edited - we had our dog groomed at another place, didn't want people to think we hadn't trimmed our dogs nails in 4 years LOL!

Had to worst experience at this pets smart grooming salon, customer service was rude, we waited 20 minutes for them to tell us they refuse to take my dog for a bath. And they were all just standing around talking. I wouldn’t recommend coming here
