Hardly noticed any difference after the grooming. No pleasant fur smell. No silky smooth fur. No clipped extra hair. No good smell from the mouth after teeth cleaning. Felt like $100 later I need to look for another grooming session.

The manager of the grooming was incredibly rude. She called to cancel my dogs appointment for the SECOND time. She wouldn’t let me talk. She is a liar and a scammer. Do not come here

They keep canceling our appointments last minute saying they are short staffed then book us another appointment just to cancel that one too. The staff including the manager are extremely rude.

Worst haircut my dog has ever received in 16 years. Clearly they’re not professional dog groomers or have poorly trained employees. Very unprofessional. Avoid this pet smart location for dog grooming.

We went in for the very first Bath & Trim for our puppy. Made an appointment with a specific associate after reading a few good reviews about her but someone else ended up grooming our puppy. I realized it after receiving the invoice and no one had told me in advance. Why bother asking to select the associate if it's going to arrange randomly. Also, the trimming was so bluntly done that I wasn't too happy with the result.
