I have been to two locations for peoples jewellery, one in yorkdale and the one here in vaughn mills. I will no longer go to any other location other than here because of the experience Mary gave to my fiancé and I. Absolutely incredible, i will only go back if Mary is the one serving me. Made everything so easy for me and helped me buy my wedding watch. Thank you so much Mary!

Extremely poor customer service… was looking for a gift in my $150 -$200 budget and the associate did not even feel like entertaining me or giving me any good options.
Showed me 2-3 basic pendants that looked like kids jewelry and said that’s it. I had shortlisted many options from the website that were in that range and in stock at the store …
Pls give your team proper training and don’t hire people who will only cater to clients who have $1000s of budget. Don’t waste your time here. At least Michael hill has amazing service even if their prices are high.

I went to bring a bracelet for repair for the 4th time, the sales rep said I could do a one time only trade on a different bracelet. He then said to choose any of the bracelets, and he will give 30%off. I picked one, it was 745.00 I said fine. He then scanned it, and said 899. I said you have to offer what the tag reads. The manager said you can only have 30% off the 899. I said that is not fair. Do not trust the price tags. 30% is always offered. I will no longer shop at people’s jewelry again. It is a very dishonest establishment. They have lost a customer, and believe me they do not care. Buyer beware.
