Judging by the other reviews customer service seems to be lacking at this location. My experience was the exact same. The male representative was extremely nice however the other staff members were very unfriendly. Will not return.

I was very pleased with my experience at Pandora. Tasia is an amazing associate, she was very kind and knew the products very well, which was helpful since I don’t shop at Pandora often. Overall amazing customer service!
