“Stella the manager was great. My wife’s new Oakley glasses didn’t fit well on her nose after she took them home. They were purchased at Nordstrom Rack in the U.S. Stella fixed the nose piece and my wife loves her new glasses. Carl looked after me personally while my wife was busy with her glasses. I came away with a gorgeous golf shirt on the clearance rack. Thank you.”

“The service was great. They allowed me to go through the racks with no confrontation and took what I gave them into a dressing room so I could try them on. Needless to say everything fit. 1 hour well spent. One item that other Tommy clients noted is that the store is normally selling at less 40%. On this sale it was 30 percent less 25 percent. The savings are approximately 10%.Customers are knowledgeable and sometimes it creates a negative reaction. In closing it was a nice sale with excellent staff.”

“Today I needed to buy a suit for a function later this week. James helped me out, and made the purchase very easy. He took the time to answer my questions and go through options. After helping me determine proper sizing, he gave me different pricing/packaging options, providing what I thought was great value. I then asked how quickly they could hem my pants, as I needed a quick alteration. I thought he’d need a day or two. Instead he went away, came back, and said 20 minutes. Awesome! He’s very friendly, helpful, and professional. What more could you ask for.Thank you James for all of your help today.
