Stacy at the Customer Service counter was unprofessional and rude today. I asked her to replace my lost Longos card. She took her time doing it while chatting and laughing with her coworker. After she gave me a new Longos card, I asked if I could also pay for the three items I had in my shopping cart. Three items! She refused me bluntly, saying she has other customers in line. Am I not also a customer? When there is a line, you don't refuse to serve customers; instead, you ask for another cashier to come help. Disappointing, rude and unprofessional Customer Service!

Longos is a great store.
Good vegetables and tasty fruits, everything is fresh, large selection.
The staff is friendly.
We like to buy pizza and bread, and of course sweets.
The choice of colors is very diverse)))
There are always a lot of cars in the parking lot.
There is a Star Buck inside.
On Fridays they offer pizza ;)))
There are self-service cash desks, you can sit at the top to relax;)))
They sell sushi inside.
But I bought a cake for my birthday, I was very disappointed with its taste and the cream was very greasy, although it looked beautiful with strawberries!
But overall this did not spoil my opinion, I will leave 4 stars.
We love to come here often and always leave in a good mood;)))

When i bring my son with me to pick up something from here, the cashiers always give him little gifts, even i just bought several bananas. Once the lady at self checking give us one of the balloons they use to decorate for back to school :)

Considering its not the biggest grocery store, they have so much variety and I almost always find what I need. Especially high quality and specialty products. The people who work here are the best! They go above and beyond to help you, like Jimmy working in the coffee section, who took great care roasting fresh coffee beans and helping me select and grind my coffee. Or the knowledgable butchers who help you select the right cuts of meat.
The store is always bustling like a marketplace - everything is always fresh. I look forward to shopping here.

The cashier/ manager here is so rude, yelled at me so loud! Put the price tag in the wrong place, and does not feel any sorry.

Great place for shopping! The seating area is surprisingly good for studying, too. Amazing hot bar and food!
Somewhat on the pricier side, but seems to be okay in general. Great atmosphere and kind employees. I recommend the arancini :)

This is a nice location, I just wish they would mix up there fish at the hot food counter. It's always lemon and herb salmon. The one at Bayview and John does Sundried Tomato and Honey Dill Salmon and both are way better so I drive double the distance to go to that one. The one in Markham on 7 and Woodbine does delicious Tilapia instead of Salmon some days. Kind of sucks that the location closest to me is the one that I can't go to for tasty salmon or other kinds of fish.

Went there to get Longo's ice cream for 3.99 and it was gone, except vanilla and birthday cake, nobody wants those ones
