Nupur was a great help she helped me get my very first pair of Dr.martens her energy made me feel like I was dressing up cool as a teenager she taught me how to take care of them and how to make them fit better overall great experience.

The best customer service experience I’ve had in years!! As soon as we walked in two sales guys greeted us. We came in to buy my son rain boots. I can’t remember the name of the guy who served us but was so friendly and helpful. It was so nice to have someone interested in you and your purchase. Thanks so much!

Had an awesome experience with YASH there at the store. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted and he was so polite and friendly. He helped us getting the perfect shoe that actually he recomended that were the new balance. We loved the way he gave us information about the shoes and also the return and warranty policies. Very Happy with the experience and would come soon.

went in to see if they had the Birkenstock Boston clogs in store, the male manager was patient with me and my mom and had such an amazing attitude! will definitely be coming back for more shoes

Excellent customer service by the staff! Fritz , the friendly and stylish sales associate helped me with choosing my Vegabond sandals helping me decide on the right size and colour. I am really happy with my purchase and will definitely be returning.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The male manager at this location is beyond rude and entailed. Due to their mistake I had to go back to the store MULTIPLE times yet not a single apology. I dont blame the workers but the manager was treating me like a peasant. He just threw the bag back at me and said " BYE !" As i was leaving the store. it was as if i came in asking for spare change when in reality they were the ones who made the mistake by giving me the wrong shoe. i also could hear the manager talking negatively about me as i was walking away. this behaviour is unacceptable and truly disgusting.
